Draco Hotel & Suites

Pokoj vás v první chvíli nadchne, ale po pár minutách začínáte pociťovat naprosté nedostatky a všímat si různých detailů.
Chybí úložné prostory, jen jedna ze stropů trčící tyč s pěti ramínky. Umyvadlo nepraktické, k mýdlence se musíte pořád shýbat. Není kde pověsit ručník na osušení rukou. Zrcadlo velmi špatně a slabě osvětlené. Ve sprchovém koutě se nachází toaleta, což je hodně nepříjemné. Z každého sprchování vše mokré. Spáry v koupelně jsou černé nebo plesnivé. Mokré osušky také nelze nikde pověsit. V koupelně je velice malá polička, na kterou osušku nelze pověsit. Madlo od sprchového koutu je použitelné, ale pokud máte ještě osušky z pláže, tak je nemůžete vůbec nikde pověsit. V pokoji se nedá pracovat, chybí jakýkoli stolek nebo židle. Postele jsou na vyvýšeném stupni, v noci snadno zakopnete. Matrace jsou velmi tvrdé.
Na snídaních nějaké chemické koktejly místo skutečných džusů. Chaotická obsluha. Necháte si připravit omeletu, kterou vzápětí dají hostovi, který přišel na snídani později. Pak se musíte dožadovat další a čekat u pultu, aby se to nestalo znovu.
V den odhlášení jsme byli půl hodiny před časem odhlášení telefonicky upozornění recepci, že musíme bezpodmínečně opustit pokoj ve 12 hodin. Myslím, že to nebylo vhodné, ani jsem se s tím nikde nesetkal.

Bit impersonal

The room wasn't properly clean. Fresh towels were dirty. Bedsheets never changed. Cleaning staff kept knocking and ringing doorbell early in the morning despite the do not disturb sign on. Came back around midnight afternoon to find all cleaning staff sitting on the floor of the room next door chatting and on their phones whilst our room wasn't properly cleaned. Also, the stairs (which were emergency stairs) were filled with clutter, shoes, storage, and even dirty food bowls.

Also, the staff weren't helpful. The concierge never opened a door or helped us with our bags. He did, however, corner us in the lobby to try and sell us a Ba Na Hills tour package with his friend. The receptionists never checked in or offered any information or apologies when the services advertised weren't actually true.

False advertising. The sky bar was closed completely and no one told us. We were waiting at it for ages before we realised something was wrong. Also, the restaurant is only open for breakfast, despite advertisements for food and Vietnamese lunch throughout the place.

The electricity went on the last night. Which we understand isnt the hotel's fault but it also isnt our fault. As a result, the air conditioning wouldnt work and the shower water remained boiling. We couldn't eat breakfast in the hotel that morning because it was too hot so we had to leave and pay for breakfast elsewhere. We were on the 10th floor and had to take the EMERGENCY stairs the whole way down but they DIDNT HAVE ANY LIGHTS. Extremely dangerous considering all the rubbish that we had to step over. Had to use our phone torches. No apologies or offers of refunds or compromises from any member of staff in the hotel.

Extremely disappointing as this hotel is not cheap and you are paying for advertised services that didnt exist. We are utterly disappointed and would not recommend this hotel at all.

Everything was perfect

As mentioned above, no wash cloth. The bar is a joke. The hours say open until 10 and it closed between 18:30 - 19:00. Speaking about the bar, it would be very difficult for someone who is not fairly agile, the elevator only goes to the restaurant and you have to climb the stairs, which is not bad until you get to the top, then you have a big step to get over.

Hotel needs some upgrades. Maintenance issues including, faulty electronic door lock which needed to be replaced, AC unit that worked intermittently and shower that had drainage issues.

bathroom had a smell when first arrived but later it was ok. rooftop "bar" was never open, we were there at four different times. breakfast was not good. bathrobes and towels had a bit of a smoky smell. Thin walls, could hear other quests at night.

Nichts

The pool area was terrible and getting to it was very bad especially for elderly people.No lift to the floor that the pool is on and having to use very bad steps.
