HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER CONSIDER STAYING AT ONE OF THESE PLACES AGAIN.

Cons:

First room assigned 325 was occupied by someone supposedly unknown by the desk attendant. The room was completely filled with clothes and things scattered throughout. Very unorganized. Immediately made my wife and I uncomfortable. 2nd room assigned 326 was next to the first. Appeared empty but was in total disarray. Nothing had been cleaned, garbage remained and bedding was thrown all the room. I have pictures and am attempting to get a refund from booking.com Desk attendant was very unhelpful. The vibe I got was that of a possible drug den.

The staff was very friendly and caring. They treated us with kindness and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The hotel was good value for the price.

Cons:

Unfortunately, some of the other guests made us feel a little unsafe. The atmosphere was not very comfortable. However, one of the staff members did everything she could to make sure we had a quiet night and felt as safe as possible.
