Staff is very professional and caring. Special thanks to their chef the food was DELICIOUS!!! We were celebrating my daughter's B day and their staff (Please excuse me, I am probably not spelling it correctly) Vivian had made a Happy B day arrangement for the room and a beautiful plate of fresh fruit! Certainly recommend!!! 10/10!!!

This hotel is PERFECT for your trip to Hanoi! Me and my wife couldn't be happier! It's perfectly located and it walking distance so pretty much anywhere you want to go! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was beyond amazing. We even got to see and participate in a staffs birthday celebrations which made us feel like we were apart of their family! Breakfast is amazing as well. We also have to give Vivian a bug shout out. She really went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. It was raining hard one day where we had to cancel our Holong Bay day cruise. She took care of it for us without even asking! 11/10 experience!! Highly recommend!

This is a top notch hotel with staff that was like family. I highly recommend this hotel. Vivian was great, she helped with all our travel arrangements, it made getting around Hanoi easy.

This hotel is NOT a five-star hotel, max three stars, which does not correspond to the pictures or the listing category on Hotels.com. Good location in Hanoi close to most things and nice staff but unfortunately the hotel is not in good condition, terrible hair dryer, rooftop bars are in another building, no bathtub, no room service.

With heartfelt thanks to the amazing Vivian, Ryan and the rest of the team for delivering service worthy of a five-star hotel. Their local recommendations were excellent, their humour and warmth was genuine and constant, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A pay rise is definitely in order! Add to that a fantastic location by Hoan Kiem Lake, lots of good food & coffee nearby, and I can’t recommend Victor Gallery highly enough. I’ll definitely be back!

A really nice place to stay in central Hanoi. Vivian and Ryan provide first class service - and maybe should get a pay rise! Some great local recommendations for coffee too.

Staff is fantastic. Especially Vivien and Henry were so helpful with sorting out our difficulties and confusion with some tour and service providers. Excellent recommendations for places to eat as well. A big shout out to both of them.

Staff are AMAZING - so accommodating and so so so friendly! They also offer an airport shuttle so very convenient as well. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Lovely place to explore Hanoi from! Vivian and her team were consistently so friendly and helpful and really made our stay special. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Old Quarter. Just note that there is no gym at this hotel despite there being a picture of one in the hotels.com listing.

This property didnot look the pictures. It was not worth 100 USD for the night. Should not be apart of the VIP list. This property should be a 3 star at minimum. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful

The staff here are the absolute BEST, without a doubt. Vivian and Ryan at the front desk are absolute sweethearts, and I truly hope I get to see them the next time I come back to Hanoi. Phương Anh went above and beyond to ensure my breakfasts were always great. They absolutely made my stay here worth it. The room was very clean, though trying to turn off all of the lights was certainly a mission, and there was no hot water on day 1, however this was a one-time issue. Other than that, my stay here was one of the best out of my entire 2 months of traveling!

Sorry but I can’t lie on this review as I rely on them for my bookings. The positive: the staff are great. The negatives: this hotel needs a refurbishment. I’ll stop at that.
