2. 服務台check-in時只記得收取按金，完全不會講解任何酒店的設施，連check-out的時間亦不會告訴你

今次已經是第二次入住酒店，酒店設免費停車場亦有很多Tesla超級充電，非方便。隔離就係環宇城，食丶買玩都非常方便。酒店整體乾淨舒適。有機會再再次入住。

My stay on April 10 was quite unpleasant due to leakage in the bathroom of Room no 1420. Incredibly lucky this time, I came across the same problem in Room number 1722. The problem has been brought to the attention of the GSM, Ms Amanda who has been found helpful and efficient in dealing with my complaint. I believe the hotel should further check and make efforts in prevention of any recurrence.
Nevertheless, thanks to Amanda for her good customer caring efforts.
