Very disappointing, ok for a meh place to sleep
Cons:

The place was falling apart, nails out, door handles falling, dirty and not what was shown, plugs didn't work, beds were wrong etc

Was not enjoyable and will not be staying again.
Pros:

The only good thing was the ability to control the Air Vent and Radiatior.

Cons:

We ordered for 5 people to stay and the Sofa bed did not have any Pillows or cover to sleep on, the Cold water in the bathroom was not working at all, there was no TV remove to control the TV and there was a Kettle with a few mugs but no tea bags.

As expected
Pros:

Great location, 20 minutes from Euston Station and 20 minutes to Wembley Stadium, and a short walk from the station to the hotel.
Room was basic and clean, had everything we needed (bed, shower, towels, toilets, mirror, fan, tv, hairdryer).
We read reviews and knew what we were expecting so not disappointed with our stay! We were only there for one night to go to a concert.

Cons:

From the previous reviews, we were aware that there would be noise coming from the club under the hotel so that wasn't too much of an issue as we expected it, however with it being hot and having windows open the constant sirens and busy traffic did keep us up more than the music...
There was also a lack of information on how to check in as on the hotel door was a note saying to "reception is in the restaurant" but the restaurant was shut... Instead we called the phone number on the website and spoke to a person who told us a code to collect our keys from a box outside the hotel.
