The veiw of the pool looking out onto the ocean as you enter the doors of the hotel is gorgeous. The breakfast choice is mediocre and pricey considering the mediocre quality of food. The lack of customer service training is evident due to youngness of the team. They also tried to charge me twice for my stay even when I provided proof of purchase & emails on my arrival. Not what you expect as a welcoming first impression. The wind at night from the ocean is pretty violent, it’s very loud whistling and the noise created from the flagpost outside should perhaps be taken down. It adds to the chaos. The room itself was nice although dusty you can tell just the bare minimum cleaning takes place. The jacuzzi jets do not work and the water runs cold so unfortunately I couldn’t use it. Something to bare in mind if you are going to pay extra for the jacuzzi.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and kind we arrived at the hotel 8 hrs before our check in time because our flight was an early morning flight the hotel manager was kind enough to arrange another room that was available for us the breakfast was amazing

Pros:

Pool area was very nice, great location. The property was on the beach. Staff was nice and accommodating at times. Rooms could be cleaner, very dusty, low water pressure not hot, l had to have few repairs done to my room to be comfortable. Recommend for maybe a night or two but not longer just for pictures of the pool area.
