I was very disappointed with our stay. The room was spacious and the balcony offered lovely views, but that’s where the positives ended.
Upon entering the room it smelt very musty, even though the windows had been opened. The carpet looked old, stained and in need of replacing. It felt dirty enough that I didn’t want to take my shoes off. The shower had black mould around it and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, the drain was blocked and took ages to empty.
The balcony was also neglected, with bird droppings covering the floor, chairs and side surfaces. It had obviously been there for some time, and we had to clean it ourselves before we could use it.
Housekeeping was another let-down. We stayed for three days, and despite the hotel advertising daily room cleaning, our room was never serviced!
We had to empty the bins ourselves. We also weren’t provided with enough toilet roll or soap (half toilet roll and a tiny amount of soap in a bottle for 3 nights) Which we then had to request more of and felt a nuisance doing so. The janitor then proceeded to walk through our room in his outdoor shoes, into our bath room into the shower to over fill the soap not put the lid on.
The staff weren’t particularly welcoming or helpful. On arrival, we were handed two leaflets – one for a Turkish bath and one for a Turkish night. We were simply told that was all they had. It would have been nice to receive some local knowledge or suggestions, especially for first-time visitors.
This hotel has the potential to be much better, but it needs some real care, attention and investment in both its facilities and customer service. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others.
Very happy with my stay at Recital Park Hotel. The hotel is in a excellent location, and close walking distance to main area. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I truly appreciate that🙏🏼. Rooms were big and clean.
Wish they had a wheelchair accessible entry. I talked with the staff and they told me they will sort it out🙏🏼🙌🏼
El alojamiento es excelente. La habitación amplia, la cama y la almohada muy cómodas y el baño correcto. El personal era muy amable y atento.
Lo puntúo con un 8 por el desayuno, el peor, con diferencia, en el que he estado en un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Mucha variedad pero con productos de muy baja calidad (fritanga, apenas fruta, el pan era terrible, los quesos salados y las napolitanas de hace cinco días). No había huevos revueltos ni a la plancha y muchos de los productos que tenían, a mi juicio, carecían de sentido en un desayuno. Además el comedor era muy pequeño para las dimensiones del hotel.
Una pena porque lo demás estuvo muy bien.
Close to all the tourist attractions
We stayed 10 days and the breakfast was the same every day.
We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They even gave us a complimentary room upgrade on arrival and provided us with a map, great sightseeing recommendations, and information about local tours.
The room was spotless and had everything we needed, with lots of thoughtful amenities. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a great selection of traditional Turkish dishes.
The location was excellent, just a short walk from Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet, making it perfect for exploring the city's main attractions.
We truly felt well looked after and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
L'emplacement n'était pas trop mal et le personnel sypathique.
Le petit déjeuner n'a pas été à notre goût et pas à la hauteur. La charcuterie mauvaise, la boisson en machine horrible, le pain pas frais et les simmit très peu dispo. Le choix des plats et leur diversité n'était pas au rendez-vous. Malheureusement je n'ai pas pu manger de vrai petit déjeuner à la turque

Colazione buona, orario perfetto per le nostre esigenze, posizione tranquilla lontana dal caos.
Ik zou 5 sterren geven voor het personeel, de vrouw en 2 mannen hebben enorm geholpen bij het boeken van taxi’s en activiteiten.
Er is thee/ koffie aanwezig in de kamer.
Wij waren met 3 dus hadden een ruime kamer, het 2de bed was een zetel omgebouwd tot bed maar zeker oke !
Wij hebben een boottocht en turks hammam geboekt via het hotel waardoor we telkens een gratis shuttle hadden gekregen.
De recensies van het ontbijt waren goed maar Het ontbijt is gebaseerd op een turks ontbijt en weinig op europees.. ik mist wat meer zoet maar dit is persoonlijk. de accommodatie heeft geen bar, geen Welness enz dus in het hotel zelf is weinig te beleven, in de zomer is het uitzicht op het terras wel een aanrader maar in de winter denk ik dat het snel zal vervelen. Je ligt net buiten de stad dus dat maakt dat het stil is, in de omgeving zijn wel verschillende restaurants. Het bed is wel eens aan vervanging toe ( doorgelegen en je voelt de veringen)
