Schnuckeliges Zimmer, gut ausgestattet, für große kräftige Menschen, sehr eng. Das Frühstück sehr gut um der Pub darunter hatte leckeres Essen. Personal superfreundlich.

Pros:

Nous sommes arrivés tard (21h) et voulions dîner au pub de l'hôtel. L'équipe nous a appelé pour dans la voiture pour que nous puissions commander avant la fermeture de la cuisine. Nous avons pu dîner chaud malgré l'heure tardive, c'était top ! Sinon, les chambres étaient très confortables et cosy. Nous prenions le Shuttle tôt le lendemain matin et en 20 minutes nous étions sur place, c'était très pratique.

Pros:

We had a delicious English breakfast in the morning!

There was a light outside our window that came on all throughout the night. Off and on and off and on. A bit annoying.

Super für einen Zwischenhalt
Pros:

Ein kleines Hotel nur 5 Zimmer in einem alten Haus. Die Zimmer sind klein aber praktisch und komfortabel. Im Haus ist auch ein Pup. Gute Stimmung, gutes Essen. Das Frühstück war einfach aber ausreichend. Die Lage war für uns optimal nur 15 min nach Dover.

Kleinschalige, traditionele accommodatie met sympathieke uitbaters en medewerkers!
Pros:

Heel vriendelijke uitbaters en medewerkers! We mochten onze 12 fietsen gewoon in de pub stallen tijdens onze overnachting (wij waren de enige gasten). Sympathiek verblijf dat er alles aan doet om het naar je zin te maken. Alleen jammer dat we het diner misten (op zondag slechts tot 17u. en daar waren we te laat voor. We konden gelukkig nog heerlijke pizza bestellen). Kleine, maar charmante kamers met voldoende comfort.

The room was clean and tidy

Cons:

The restaurant was not open because there was a private function on. The private function was a wedding party which had a band and very loud guests shouting and singing , right below our room. I wish we would have been informed. We had to find somewhere to get dinner which was not easy because we arrived quite late.

Good stopover for Dover ferry.
Pros:

Overpriced , Tiny and misrepresented
Pros:

Had a pod coffee machine , nice fluffy towels

Photos on booking totally mis represented
Our room was tiny had dirt on floor cobwebs in windows unable to open window , room hot and stuffy , kept hitting head on light in ceiling , toilet so small , hit elbows on vanity basin

Water jug had mould in bottom , breakfast glass had lipstick still on it
Room was very noisy over bar and road traffic in morning despite says sound proofing
No meals available Monday , Tuesday and for us Wednesday as booked out private function
Limited parking despite being advised as a guest be assured a place
Breakfast oily , undercooked and unpalatable , sign on hotel says delicious meals daily. Staff were not helpful and seemed to brush off
Paid full price for obvious false promises and in fact at time of checkin advertised price on booking.com was £35 less
Would not recommend , 2nd worse hotel we’ve stayed in around the world

Pros:

Staff were great, breakfast is 2 options Continental or English.
Room was clean, Pub downstairs was very nice and I couldn't hear anything from the Pub in the room either.
Neighborhood is a delightful place to walk around, beautiful stream and park 5 minutes away.
Convenience store on the corner.
There was always a parking spot available and we needed it.
