Room extremely tastefully decorated even doen to the beautiful light-fittings in both bedroom and bathroom.

Pros:

Camera ampia sopra al pub, ben insonorizzata. Arredamento minimal ma con tutto l'essenziale. Bagno bello e doccia molto grande

Cons:

Il bagno per quanto bello non è riscaldato e non ci sono ganci dove appendere l'asciugamano per le mani, la doccia è aperta e il vetro doccia è un po' piccolo quindi, anche facendo attenzione, è impossibile non bagnare il pavimento.

Perfect for one night before using the ferry
Pros:

Nice cozy spot, pub drinks and food downstairs really cheap but very nice!

Cons:

The stairs to get into the property are really steep and narrow, not ideal for heavy suitcases so make sure you pack light

Pleasant stay in a beautiful pub in a nice location. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful pub, in a nice village, full of friendly locals.
We stayed in a beautiful room, and the breakfast in the morning was also good.

Cons:

Was hopeful to have a lunch but just missed the time slot. However, the staff apologised for this and even offered to cook us a pizza, which was very kind.

Room had been refurbished to a high standard and was very quiet. breakfast was great unfortunately I had booked a night when they were not serving food so did not spend the evening in the pub although it looked very nice

Small room, but no surprise for the type of property… very steep stairs (older/fail could be an issue) but lovely and clean with comfy bed!

Good honest pub, convenient for the ferry and tunnel
Pros:

It was very well located, very pretty too. The overnight stay provided a cosy start to our French break! The landlady was exceptional and provided excellent service. There was a quiz on in the evening which was fun.

Cons:

Perhaps the dinner menu was a bit limited and out of the freezer but given the overall package, we will certainly be back.

Without any exaggeration I have never been more disappointed than this in my life. It was short holiday from hell.
Pros:

It was extremely dirty

Cons:

The room was very cold, the carpet was extremely dirty
I left a day before what I paid for. The breakfast was very poor I only tried it the first morning never had again

Dover castle trip
Pros:

Location great to visit Dover Castle. X Clean.x Comfy bed.x Friendly staff.x Dined in restaurant and food was lovely and great value for money. Also had a great breakfast

Cons:

Room smaller than expected for the price charged but adequate for our one night stay. Had a slight problem with dinner order but immediately rectified
