The staff were very friendly
There was a mistake when booking and two rooms instead of one was booked. It was clearly a mistake, the hotel knew I was travelling alone but refuse to pay back for the unused room. The manager and owner seem not to want to discuss it. I would NEVER stay there again as I feel robbed.

Il bagno per quanto bello non è riscaldato e non ci sono ganci dove appendere l'asciugamano per le mani, la doccia è aperta e il vetro doccia è un po' piccolo quindi, anche facendo attenzione, è impossibile non bagnare il pavimento.

Everything was great however the room was not like the one we show when we booked it was rather small but comfortable.
Nice cozy spot, pub drinks and food downstairs really cheap but very nice!
The stairs to get into the property are really steep and narrow, not ideal for heavy suitcases so make sure you pack light

We stayed in a beautiful room, and the breakfast in the morning was also good.
Was hopeful to have a lunch but just missed the time slot. However, the staff apologised for this and even offered to cook us a pizza, which was very kind.
