Gemütlicher Pub in historischem Gebäude mit ausgesprochen freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Der Pub liegt im Ortsteil River an einer Straße, aber nachts war es so ruhig, dass wir tief und fest schlafen konnten. Das Frühstück konnten wir leider nicht wahrnehmen, da wir morgens früh aufbrechen mussten, um unsere Fähre zu erreichen. Stattdessen wurde uns eine Tüte mit Sandwich, Äpfeln, Joghurt und einem Getränk zubereitet. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Geweldig verblijf in een ontzettend leuke pub in het mooie Dover!
Pros:

In een schitterend oud pand sliepen wij in een knusse kamer met eigen badkamer, bij een echte ouderwetse pub. Zeer vriendelijke mensen, zeer goed diner in een gezellige omgeving en een goed verzorgd ontbijtpakket vanwege ons tijdstip van vertrek. Daarbij zorgt Dover ook nog voor een enorm mooie omgeving. Geweldig verblijf 💪

Fijne plaats voor een (vroeg) oversteek naar het vaste land.
Pros:

Dorpskroeg waar je een hap kunt eten en een prima ontbijt. Mooie overnachtingsplaats voor de boot.

Incheken. Dat werkte niet maar we werden direct geholpen

Pros:

Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut !

Cons:

Betten zu kurz und nur einfach verglaste Fenster!
Frühstück inbegriffen ist nicht realisierbar, wenn man die Fähre erreichen will, da es erst ab 8:00Uhr und nicht ,wie angegeben, ab 5:00Uhr erhältlich ist!
Somit relativiert sich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis !!

Pros:

Alles was piepklein maar aanwezig. Eigenlijk wel heel charmant. Onder de kamers zit een gezellige pup waar t ontbijt werd geserveerd. Ook kun je hier s' avonds goed eten.

Ouderwetse service en gezelligheid
Pros:

Heerlijke plek. De kamer was heel gezellig en de locatie lekker rustig, maar toch dichtbij de boot. Ook lekker gegeten, sfeer is heel gemoedelijk. Vriendelijke service, ontbijt is speciaal iets eerder voor ons klaargezet vanwege vertrektijd boot.
