Hotel Giles

The breakfast was delicious! The location was central to many wineries and attractions in the TX Hill Country.

Stayed for 2 nights. Clean spacious bright room. Comfy bed. Bottled water in lobby. Attentive and kind staff. Great location in downtown Comfort. Nice breakfast was included. Would happily return.

This was a return trip and enjoyable as every stay at Hotel Giles.

Excellent room, clean and well decorated

Hotel Giles staff members have done an amazing job of revitalizing this downtown historic stay. It is in a perfect location for discovering the special historic town of Comfort. The staff is pleasant, kind and helpful. The courtyard is delightful. Concerts are held about twice a month with BYOB or purchase on site. Comfort Pizza, Highs and Both Hands Burgers are less than a block away. Do yourself a favor. Check out this Comfort Jewel.

The Giles hotel is a beautiful hotel, great hospitality and delicious breakfast. They have great live music on the weekends. There are a few quaint shops on the block as well as a great Burger place and café just steps away.

Hotel Giles knows what people need and enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel. If you need extra space and if it's available, request Storyville cottage!

A charming hotel with updated amenities and bathrooms, but keeping the historical ambience. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the morning breakfast is delicious. The location is walking distance to a lot of great places. I will be back!

Lovely room at a good rate! Comfort is such a cute town - great food and shopping! We had a great time.

This is the best place to stay in Comfort, TX, a Hill Country secret. The hotel is almost 150 years old and has been maintained fabulously. We stayed in one of the cottages near the gazebo courtyard and it was great. Staff is friendly, cottage was clean and very comfortable. It was a pleasant surprise, we will visit again.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. The charm and history is wonderful and this will be “our place” to stay when we come to Comfort, again. The customer service is top tier and I would recommend Hotel Giles to everyone!

We went to Comfort for a wedding and booked Cabin 9. It was super clean and the staff were all fantastic! Highly recommend booking at Hotel Giles. My daughters, (3 & 7) thoroughly enjoyed playing outside with other family members who stayed at the hotel as well. The breakfast was top notch. If we ever find ourselves in Comfort TX again we will most definitely be booking another stay!

We celebrated my husband’s birthday in Comfort (our first visit) and stayed at the Hotel Giles. The hotel is right in the middle of the historic section of town. The hotel is beautiful and they have a great staff. They are friendly and helpful. There was a concert the first night in their courtyard. Great show and then just walk to your room. Can’t beat that. And their breakfast is delicious. It was a fun time.

We love staying at the Giles. It is so charming. The rooms are very well appointed and very comfortable. The service is great and so is the hot breakfast!

Loved it! Hotel Giles was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Room was comfortable, shower and bathroom were fantastic, and the daily breakfast was delicious.

We loved our stay at Hotel Giles. Stayed one night in Suite 4. There was plenty of parking. The property was quiet. The staff was amazing. The atmosphere was very relaxing. My wife and I will definitely be back. The prices of the rooms were very low which was nice as well.
