To be honest it was disappointing due to me not understanding the area the hotel is located in.
Pros:

The bed was good. Bathroom also. As a room I use to sleep it was good. Staff was wonderful.

Cons:

I had a weird door that did double duty as the fire alarm.

I also didn't do my due diligence re: location in DDorf and did not know the hotel was very much in and above the party area.

die zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Gepäck konnte nicht verschlossen verwahrt werden. Anderen Reisenden ist das Gepäck neben dem Anmeldetresen gestohlen worden. Für 300,00€ die Nacht etwas Besseres erwartet. Fenster schloss nicht richtig, so dass mann die Gädte vom Irish Pub bis in den Morgen hörte

City center, next to metro station

Cons:

A very bad impression right from the start. We booked a room for €178, but a month later our reservation was cancelled, and we were told it was due to renovations.
However, another month later, I noticed that the exact same room was available again, but now at a price €100 higher.
It was quite obvious that there were no renovations at all. It seems the hotel simply decided to increase its prices because of the concerts taking place in the city and cancelled our booking to charge more.
We find this kind of behaviour from the hotel unprofessional, dishonest and unfair and are very disappointed with the way this situation was handled.
By the way, Booking.com support did not respond to any of the four emails I sent.

OK hotel, men vil dog ikke bo der igen.
Pros:

Sengen var fin.

Cons:

Meget larm. Dårlig bruser. Lugt generelt på hotellet.
Vi fik værelset lige ved siden af køkkenet og ud mod gaden. Der var larm fra gaden og baren nedenunder, men faktisk var larmen fra morgenmaden værst. Det startede ved 8tiden. Hotellet var generelt i dårlig stand.

Eine kleine Auszeit für eine große Zeit.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Fenster scheinen neu, daher haben nachts nichts von draußen gehört. Erholsamer Schlaf. Gutes Bad. Leckeres Frühstück. Freundliches Personal.

It's very close to the city centre, the bistros and restaurants. Price performance is perfect. Breakfast is rich and good enough. This hotel is the best option for short stays. Staff is helpful and polite

لايوجد مكتب استقبال على مدار الساعه … ؟ إحذر

وصلت بوقت متأخر .. واتصلت بموظف الاستقبال ورفض القدوم لكي ادخل الفندق متحججا اني تأخرت عن موعد تسجيل الدخول .. واخبرني انه يجب ان اطلب الغاء الحجز وسوف يتم رد المبلغ وباليوم التالي طلبت ذلك ولم يتم رد المبلغ ورفض رد المبلغ .. وبقيت بالشارع بتلك الليلية

لايوجد مكتب استقبال على مدار الساعه … ؟

لن اعود لهذه المدينه وهذا المكان .. 👎

Die Lage war super!

Cons:

Zimmerpreis völlig überteuert und nicht verhältnismäßig zum Zustand des Zimmers. Im gesamten Hotel ein unangenehmer modriger Geruch. Am Lichtschalter war ein Stück abgebrochen, im Bad war ein Strahler kaputt. Die Nachtischlampe war auch völlig locker. Hatte Angst diese zu berühren. Neben Nachtschrank ein Lich in der Wand. Bei der Klimaanlage fehlte ebenfalls ein Stück Abdeckung. Der Stuhl im Zimmer ging gar nicht. So verdreckt. Ich wollte mich nicht darauf setzen. Ach ja, die Zimmertüre war so verzigen, dass diese im oberen Bereich nicht richtig geschlossen war. Ich war in Zimmer 315. War anlässlich des Backstreet Boys Konzertes in Düsseldorf und habe über 300 Euro für eine Nacht bezahlt. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich ein Doppelzimmer, welches von mir alleine belegt war. Also nicht noch einmal, auch wenn die Lage wirklich sehr gut ist.

la ubicación perfecta, puedes ir andando a todos lados. desde el aeropuerto es línea directa o un trasbordo pero súper sencillo. estarás en la zona de bares .

Pros:

La zona es espectacular, gran variedad gastronomica alrededor. Muy buena atencion. La habitacion era muy comoda. De muy facil acceso y muy bien conectada con el metro.
