Overpriced and not relaxing inside. Outside access to waterfront area, incredible.

I never had breakfast

Cons:

I asked for an ADA room when I booked it, I recall you did not have one, but you told me I could be in a walk in shower one with grab bars. Well, it was a walk in shower, that was good, the grab bars were minimal and poorly placed, and the rest of the room was not very wheelchair friendly at all, so I will NOT be staying at your wonderful location, but not so wonderful accommodations ever again, and I travel to the Portland/Vancouver area regularly.

Great Vancouver waterfront hotel!
Pros:

The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the bar area. Parking was easy and secure.

Cons:

We stayed next door at another hotel last year. Because the hotel is near the train tracks, they provided earplugs. Would be nice if this hotel did the same but it's not a deal breaker. Pillows were very flat - would love if one flat and one fluffier one was provided.

Pros:

Pretty room, easy parking, comfortable bed.

Cons:

No dresser! There’s no good place to put your clothes so you’re forced to live out of your suitcase or set your stuff just on a bench! No door on the closet, just a rack in an alcove with the coffee maker and safe. Coffee maker placed at head high level so we had to take it down and put it on the desk to use it. The bathroom had a sliding glass barn door—wth?! So, there was 3/8 of an inch gap in the doorway– – not exactly private. The room was pretty, but not functional; form before function is not appropriate in a hotel.
