El servicio fue excelente, hermosas instalaciones. Lo único fue que un día por la mañana no tuvimos agua, y talvez fue relacionado con el drenaje pero notamos olor desagradable que venía de la regadera y lavabos.

un restaurant sublime avec service extraordinaire et des plats originaux 😋commentés par les cuisiniers eux même 👌
un spa au personnel hyper attentionné et aux petits soins 🥰 et
le petit dej dans l’autre restaurant amour blanc .. un must !..

Excellent hôtel, très beau et bien situé, superbe bâtiment. L’ensemble piscine intérieure et extérieure et sauna etc etait magnifique et très agréable. Jolie décoration, chambre agréable même si la climatisation n’était pas au top. Petit déjeuner un peu cher pour le choix/diversité mais bon. Très bon service en général. Belle expérience et hotel que je recommande

Beautiful facility within easy walking distance fo the charming village of Blois. Staff is smiling, friendly and best of class. Enjoy the restaurants while there - they are superb.

A Beyond Five-Star Experience at Fleur de Loire. My family and I had the most extraordinary vacation at Fleur de Loire, a hotel that epitomizes luxury and sophistication. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with unparalleled warmth and care. The gracious hotel manager, Ms. Lucie Jarry, personally welcomed us and provided an exclusive introduction to this magnificent property, leaving an indelible impression on us from the start.
We stayed in the family two-story suite, which was not only perfectly suited to our family of four but also an absolute delight. The spacious layout, thoughtful design, and playful charm made it an unforgettable part of our stay.
The hotel’s thoughtfulness was truly exceptional. Prior to our arrival, we mentioned that it was our daughter’s 10th birthday. To our delight, they surprised her with a beautifully crafted chocolate dessert and a charming stuffed animal, creating a magical moment that touched our hearts. This thoughtful gesture perfectly encapsulated the extraordinary level of care and attention to detail that defines Fleur de Loire.
The culinary experience was nothing short of exceptional. Chef Christophe Hay is a true artist, and every meal was a celebration of flavor and quality. From breakfast to lunch, dinner, and the divine patisserie creations, we were consistently in awe of the impeccable execution and extraordinary flavors. The dining experiences at Fleur de Loire are among the best we have ever encountered.

Beautiful property, lovely and comfortable rooms!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Fleur de Loire. Le personnel est très accueillant et les services proposés excellents (taxi, voiturier, billets offerts pour le château de Chambord). Il y a également un spa agréable (le jacuzzi pourrait toutefois être plus chaud). Le restaurant Amour Blanc était aussi une belle découverte. Seul bémol: pour un hôtel de cet envergure, le check-in a été très décevant. Notre chambre n'était toujours pas prête bien après l'heure annoncée de 16h. Cela ne semblait pas vraiment être grave pour le personnel (certains semblaient manquer un peu de formation); nous n'avons reçu aucune compensation/attention pour s'excuser de ce problème.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Loir valley, we used it as base to travel to all Castles around the area. Great service, beautiful spa and great breakfast, although very expensive

Hôtel haut de gamme avec un personnel très accueillant et hyper professionnel. Que se soit du voiturier , à la réception, au restaurant ou les femmes de chambres, tous avaient l’air d’être heureux de travailler dans cet endroit bien situé de la ville royale de Blois. Très beau séjour !

Wonderful place. Staff is extremely professional. Rooms are well designed and spacious. Restaurants especially the 2-star Michelin is a must-do experience . Breakfast is very basic for such a hotel. Should have more options like vegetables, salads and more cheese options. Spa is small and noisy
