Hotel y Villas Salamar

First of all not warn or hot water i guess a lot of people like to ask rhat when i arrived i was told we have hot water to find out they didnt the rooms not decent even mosquitos room not okey

El Hotel estaba limpio, pero de verdad deberían darle condiciones y mantenimiento a las piscinas y adecuar un poquito más. El lugar, las fotos son preciosas, y cuando ves el Hotel te decepciona un poco porque está descuidado

This hotel need maintenance and repairs ASAP is falling apart, staff was unprepared and the facilities dirty and poor conditions.

La recepción a nuestra llegada la joven fue amable y cortes. deben mejorar la condición de las habitaciones.

Excelente servicio , en la habitación que me tocó con buena vista hacia la playa. Atenciones muy buenas . Un buen lugar alejado del ruido.

El lugar es un poco viejo pero tenía lo esencial las camas estaban cómodos. El área es muy tranquila y agradable

Muy malo era con desayuno y ni café no brindaron

No es un alojamiento adecuado. No me quedé al ver cómo era el lugar. Expedia debería revisar que alojamientos incluye en su plataforma. Espero no me cobren nada de la reservación incluído algún tipo de penalización

Not even TV. This place is so bad that I was going to get a shower after get undressed had to dress again to go down to complain because there were no water, beds are to old, furniture with rust metal etc etc

This property is so bad no tv, the bathrooms are not properly prepare and clean

This hotel does not has potable water the water in the bathroom is salt water (ocean) water I had to shower with ocean water

Really it was a very good expirience and the attention that KENIA as a manager on these resort was very good my wife and I give her a ten on her job well done at
HOTEL VILLA SALAMAR, BARAHONA

Unfortunately, me and some friends book 3 rooms at this "motel" just for 1 night on a stopover to Los Patos beach area and the place was on a completely dark "dead end" road. We arrived late in the evening..1 room was not properly cleaned and the toilet was used and had not been flushed and the other rooms had some issues, like a/c not working on 1 and toilets could not be flushed do to broken flushing valves, ceiling lights not working on 1 bathroom..Attendants did changed 2 rooms but the experienced was already unpleasant..We managed to get a warm shower and sleep there since it was late and we had no other choice at that late time. I sincerely could not recommend this place based on our experience that day...Management did not meet our expectations...Hope they learned from their mistake and take action to better this place for future guests. I won't be one of them.

etat vetuste electricite et plomberie
