LALOON Luxury Suites - Adults Only

The room is beautiful but getting to this area is impossible without having an atv or car. The hill is impossible to walk up and if you need a taxi thats impossible to find. They would charge us ten dollars just to take us up to the suites from the bottom of the hill. They didnt do anything extra for our anniversary. We were there for five days and the people that clean the room dont do anything extra to decorate not even cute towel monkeys or anything. I know this seems small but when you are used to traveling and this is called luxury you expect certain things. the Ac would come on an off, one night water didnt work for an hour or two, and the door to the bathroom was broken so couldnt walk from the bathroom out to the pool area. There was a scorpion in our room. I would text for help with cabs and if it was after 8pm no one not even the concierge would respond till the next day. For the price I would have preferred to be on the strip. The only thing luxury here was the pool. No bar or food available during the day only breakfast and yes you can order room service but they will charge you an arm and a leg to deliver to this location. Did see a lot of wildlife in the room and from the pool, so be aware of that as well. Overall i would not stay here again.

We booked this trip last minute, and so glad we did - this place is magic 🪄 from the booking to helping organize how to get here to the incredible level of service - everything has been top notch - Adriana is an absolute gem with sending us restaurant recommendations, taking care of everything we needed during our stay, and their concierge service @localbird.io has been just as outstanding. This has easily been one of our most enjoyable and relaxing trips. We have watched both howler and capuchin monkeys 🐒 from our deck, geckos 🦎 lizards 🦎 and too many birds to count. Coming home after a day out & about to our gorgeous saltwater dipping pool and watching the incredible sunset each night is definitely 💯- the delicious breakfast each morning with an abundance of fresh fruit and the shakshuka is the perfect way to start the day - the lovely cleaning ladies saw our laundry basket was full and brought it back clean and folded. We leave in 2 days and am already dreaming about when we can come back - incredible stay from start to finish - definitely rent an ATV or UTV or 4 x 4 u will need it to get up and down the hill - I walk 3.5/4 miles each day back home and initially thought 1/2 mile up hill no biggie but A: it is literally almost vertical and there is no sidewalks so cars and ATV are constantly coming up and down plus super dusty x we rented an ATV for the week through localbird.io and so happy we did x Enjoy 😉 Relax

The hotel is amazing! The stuff even better! All the property is surrounding with an amazing views, probably the must beautiful views in Costa Rica!
Everything is closed by as bars, clubs, restaurants. The property owners are super nice and welcoming! If you look at the sky and see stars, it’s probably not enough to review this hotel! Gorgeous! Thank you!

Laloon Luxury Suites This is the most incredible place to stay in Santa Teresa. The view is absolutely breathtaking, the rooms are gorgeous and very private. We wish we could have stayed longer!!! I’d give them 10 stars if I could?

Laloon Luxury Suites is stunningly beautiful. I did not want to leave. I loved all the thoughtful details that went into creating this space and the story behind how it came to be. I will return again and again. I cannot rate this place highly enough.10/10

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Laloon Luxury Suites during my visit to Santa Teresa, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality. Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations and I highly recommend it to everyone.

We had a Suite with sea view, private pool and outside shower. The hotel was quiet and you could drive very quickly to Santa Teresa, where there was a wide range of restaurants. The entire hotel maintenance staff was very friendly and courteous. We can only recommend Laloon luxury suite .

My husband and I just checked out of Laloon Luxury Suites today. What an absolute wonderful stay! From the friendly smiling staff to the delicious breakfast every morning. It all was perfect. We stayed in SUITE 3 which has its own private pool which was perfect after our early morning walk on the beach right out our door. The king size bed is soooo comfortable . The.staff was so helpful from helping us rent a quad to having a pizza delivered, they were amazing in their continual effort to make our vacation great!! All I can say is.... Thanks to everyone at Laloon Luxury Suites and we'll see you next
