Pros:

Any stay at the Langham is always exceptional. The staff and facilities are always a level above anywhere else. 20 minutes walk either way and you’re in Surfers or Broadbeach. The breakfast buffet is always a winner, but so is any meal at akoya, try the seafood buffet.

Cons:

Having to leave to go home.

Everyone was really welcoming and free upgrade to hinterland view room was amaxing- acknowledging my wife's birthday with treat and balloons was exceptional. Highliy rate all aspects.

Not bad, but probably wouldn’t return
Pros:

The facilities were great, and the hotel was really lovely, but unfortunately the staff really let the place down on many occasions in particular in the F&B areas.

Cons:

I had a massage in the spa, the facilities were really beautiful but the whole place had a horrible sewage smell that was obviously very off putting during my massage

A special thank you to Matthew at the front desk, who was incredibly attentive and made everything feel seamless - it's always the small details that make a difference, and it was very much appreciated! Had a wonderful stay at The Langham Gold Coast. The property is beautiful, with a calm and elegant atmosphere throughout.

Cons:

With some great staff and a great breakfast buffet, a few of the staff at Akoya were not very accommodating and food was over-priced.

The rooms are generously sized and feel calm, refined, and well thought out without being overdesigned. The lobby bar is a standout — polished atmosphere, excellent service, and a great place to unwind in the evening. The spa experience is exceptional; the Chuan Harmony massage was world-class and a true highlight of the stay. Overall, the hotel delivers a quiet, understated luxury that feels effortless.

Nothing significant to note — the experience was seamless and delivered to a consistently high standard throughout.

Lobby bar menu could do with some easy staple dishes.

The Akoya restaurant was really good! The staff were so helpful & really attentive there & they gave us complimentary chocolates which they delivered to our room after dinner for our anniversary. Our room was really comfy with great views. wish we were staying longer than 1 night so we had time to really use the facilities.

Cons:

We did get overcharged by accident but the lady was really helpful & we are getting a refund :)
