Everything was perfect
Прекрасный отель с высоким уровнем сервиса! Мне бесплатно повысили категорию номера — было очень приятно. Номер чистый, светлый, уборка ежедневная, всё на высшем уровне. В душевой даже предусмотрена мочалка — такие детали говорят о внимании к гостям.
Очень понравилась зона отдыха: сауна и хамам — отличная возможность расслабиться после прогулок. Завтраки были вкусными и разнообразными, а персонал всегда доброжелательный и готов помочь. Чувствуется забота о каждом госте. Смело могу сказать, что отель тянет на полноценные 5 звёзд.

The location for me was perfect as it was exceptionally close to the hospital, however it is in quite an urban environment and outside of the tourist areas so bear that in mind if you are travelling for pleasure!
It would appear that despite having a fully function kitchen they do not have a chef in house and prefer to order food in from the local takeaways - not a particularly bad problem. I missed breakfast but my customers said that it is not really much of a breakfast.

Amazing staff,welcoming drinks,clean room,the stay was just perfect 🤍🤍🤍 we were even upgraded to king size room to our great surprise which made our day 😍
We wanted to do the spa where they said it usually opens at 9am,unfortunately when we went to book the spa, the guy said they open at 10.30am and not 9am and unfortunately we already booked other activities at this time for all the days and we could not plan to do the spa in our schedule

The room looks more beautiful than the one in the photos . The hotel staff were great . This room is ideal if you want to stay in hotel and enjoy the place . The rooms are fraction of a price than other hotels .Our room also had a balcony , a swing pizza oven and microwave oven in the balcony .
Breakfast is great , not lavish . This place is far off from see , not for your if you want a beech side property.
