This boutique hotel is an absolute gem! The nine rooms are beautiful and comfortable, spacious with large windows opening up to the most beautiful sea views. The bed was extremely comfortable and we fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves outside. What truely makes this hotel special, is the staff. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The staff members are all excellent, friendly, welcoming and so kind. Special mention to Andrea at reception and Rodney at the bar who made the best Mojito's ever! Breakfast was served upstairs in the beautiful dining room. There was a lovely selection of fruit, yoghurt and pastries every day. Warm breakfast made to order was delicious and the coffee was superb! Frederika was exceptional - friendly and attentive, kind and generous. A place where one can truely exhale and recharge! Thank you to all, we hope to be back!
Nothing. The little town of Portoscuso is not the most beautiful place ever and rather small, but still extremely endearing. I highly recommend a day trip by ferry to Carloforte - it is stunning!
The hotel was absolutely perfect. Right on the beach and a great location, close walk to town and lovely restaurants. The staff were so welcoming and friendly - grazie Federica & Rodney! The breakfast/aperitivo were delicious and we loved the rooms and all of the spaces.

Just returned from a 2 week holiday based at La Ghinghetta. The hotel was absolutely wonderful. I was looking for a tranquil boutique hotel in a great location and this hotel certainly met that criteria. The staff were fabulous and looked after us very well. The sunsets from the roof top bar were incredible. But my favourite was sitting on the balcony with the only sound being the lapping of the sea. Perfect for a relaxing stay.
A car is a must to get around. And there are are plenty of places to visit. The remote beaches along Costa Verde are a must and the various historical locations (Nora, Tharros and Su Nuraxi) are definitely worth visiting.
The village is very quite (we were out of season too). This was not really a problem for us - it is what we were looking for - but if you are looking for nightlife this is not available.

Small, relaxed and the staff were amazing.
Location, staff, room, great shower facility. Breakfasts wonderful. Bedroom could be a bit more practical, like, where to hang clothes at end of day. Clothes storage could be improved. But the room was great. Clean, comfortable and great views

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are really welcoming and friendly, it was particularly nice to meet Rodney who spoke perfect English and introduced us to some wonderful new drinks while we enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is located overlooking the beach and so as you fall asleep you can listen to the waves. It’s a perfect base for exploring some of the adjacent islands and trips to Porto Flavia.
We had such a good time, we forgot to take shots of the room, but the best thing is the photos on the website are representative of the hotel. Go on… book it!
Wunderschönes Boutique Hotel direkt an einem (sehr) kleinen Strand. Modern, geschmackvoll und mit viel Flair eingerichtet. In einer ruhigen Seitengasse, aber nur 5 Minuten fussläufig zum Zentrum. Der grössere Strand kann zu Fuss in 20 Minuten auf einem gefälligen Uferweg erreicht werden.
Gutes Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick übers Meer.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Das Essen, das im kleinen Rooftop Restaurant angeboten wird, entspricht nicht ganz dem sonst erstklassigen Niveau der Unterkunft. Empfehlenswert sind hingegen die Restaurants „Sa Muschiara“ und „Il crudo“, beide im Zentrum in der Nähe des Hafens gelegen.
