Not recommended!
Cons:

Our stay in Tree of Life hotel was the most disappointing for me and my friends. It looks nice on the photos but the place itself looks very old, tired and worn out.
We had many problems from the beginning.
They had very noisy guests playing music all night and the staff didn't do anything about it. One of their guests completely drunk could get into my friend's room with their key 2 times during the night and after that we realised that all the keys are the same for every room so there is no safety at all at that place!!!
After lots of arguing they promissed us 20% off for any service for that incident including food and spa. But in the end they didn't discount the spa and when we were paying the food bills they tried to cheat us twice!!
It is the most overpriced hotel I've stayed in, as the rooms look super old and some of them are so humid and moldy that it is impossible to sleep there. Literally on the next day all your clothes are damp and have terrible moldy smell. It is very dangerous for your health!
The receptionists are super unprofessional and uneducated people. I wouldn't recommend staying there to anyone.

Overall Loved it!
Pros:

Teji was our host and was very attentive to our needs and helped us feel taken care of from the moment we got to the property. His staff was also amazing and active in trying to make us feel comfortable and curating our experience. We had a special Greek meal prepared for our Greek friend, the local food preparations were excellent as well. Highly recommend this stay!

Very unusual design, filled with objects of art integrated in design, nice view, warm pool (however not deep). Located among the forest, but close proximity to Nagar castle and Roerich museum. Just a half an hour walk.

Amazing Time well spent in the Mointains.
Pros:

It was a nicely nestled luxury boutique kinda Hotel in the Mountain. More like a Personalized 5-Star experience for us. Due to the boutique n smallish nature of the place, the people there knew us better and personally arranged for the Activities based on our Preferences. Every night we would give our personal order on the food based on our restrictions and preferences and it was made to Fine Dining quality n presentation. The Food was Simply Amazing.

The Breakfast view is amazing!

They even arranged for an outdoor picnic lunch in the mountain on 1 of the days, Which was Amazing. Freshly cooked, barbecued stuff along the flowing stream and nature… Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Excellent boutique hotel with the best location
Pros:

The location is exceptional with gorgeous views, away from the dusty crowded lanes of Manali, and just a short walk from the lovely Naggar castle area. The manager Teji and his staff are extremely courteous and efficient, and Teji himself cooks an absolutely delicious chicken roast which you have to try. The architecture and decor is fun, the pool is heated, and the overall vibe is very positive.

Cons:

The spa services could be much better.

Väldig fint design- och Art hotell, som gömde sig bland Himalayaceder.
Coola former, otrolig good mat och generös frukostbuffe med båda indisk och europeisk touch.
Personal är serviceinriktad och man känner sig välkomande!
Åt grillad paneer - den var utsökt, balanserad och väldig mättande!👌 Stor portion-skulle räcka för 2 personer!🙌 Stor eloge till kocken!
Sadish- servitör vid frukostbordet inspirerade oss att testa olika indiska maträtter bla Dosa som tillagas ocv serveras på ett aptitretande sätt. Blev min favorit 😀
Hotellmanager Teji- välkomnar oss på ett respektfull sätt och även vid utchekning var väldig professionell och trevlig. Återkommer, absolut!

Unique property (bit difficult to reach though)
Pros:

Very aesthetic and beautiful botique property. Food is good and staff is courteous. Facilities are comfortable - heaters, bed warmers everything provided.

Cons:

The lift is extremely tiny and not in great condition always unfortunately.
The location is difficult to reach and it is not mapped correctly on Google maps, this needs to change.
Also the size of bed is very small, that needs to improve.

The best part of Manali that's away from Manali
Pros:

The view is incomparable. The property is different from any of the others available in the city. While it's away from central Manali, that allows it to bring a sense of peace that the other hotels don't have.

The staff is the most helpful bunch of people I have ever met. They went over and beyond to make sure we feel like we were the only ones staying at the hotel.

Cons:

The road to the property is not in great condition. The steep bends and uneven terrain make getting there challenging.
