Precio apartamento como en la foto un poco descuidado

Cons:

Está bien para pasar un día o dos siempre y no escojas el 4 piso para usar la televisión tenía que descontar la nevera porque no hay enchufe cerca sola hay uno al lado de la nevera con una recleta y no llegaba hacia la televisión la claridad de la mañana para mí era bastante porque las cortinas son muy clara el internet horrible

La posizione nella parte vecchia della città.
Lo staff, gentile, educato e professionale, un valore aggiunto.

Cons:

La stanza era da due persone e non da tre, un po' piccola e con la pulizia migliorabile.
Nel compenso la stanza è molto luminosa e con un bel bagno.
Potrebbero aggiungere alcune mensole in modo d'avere qualcosa sul quale appoggiare gli oggetti poiché non ci sono, per motivi di spazio, i comodini.

Estaba mayormente sucio, edificio antiguo, instalaciones viejas y más estropeadas que las fotos, utensilios de cocina insuficientes como servilletas o detergente, también estaban sucios los platos y cubiertos.

La struttura ottiene la sufficienza esclusivamente per la posizione, a due passi da piazza dell’Ippodromo, dalla Moschea blu e dalle principali attrazioni. Ho apprezzato inoltre la buona volontà del proprietario che ha cercato, a suo modo, di soddisfare, alcune nostre richieste e la gentilezza dello staff nel portare i bagagli fino in camera.

Cons:

Purtroppo il livello di pulizia non è accettabile e non soddisfa gli standard europei (polvere ovunque, pavimento sporco, porta del bagno piena di macchie). Inoltre, la stanza non disponeva di cucina come indicato nella prenotazione, ma solo di un lavello, di un bollitore e di pochi utensili, pertanto ho dovuto sollecitare lo staff per poter avere almeno un piano cottura e un forno a microonde. Le fotografie sono ben fatte, ma ingannevoli, dal momento che l’appartamento risulta in uno stato assai peggiore rispetto a quello presentato. Inoltre per quattro persone la biancheria da letto e gli asciugamani erano scarsi (solo due teli grandi e due asciugamani piccoli, neanche il tappetino doccia era presente).

The highlight of our experience was definitely the owner and staff — incredibly helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived. We reached the apartment around 10:00 AM, well before the usual check-in time, but were kindly allowed to settle in early. On the day of our departure, our ride wasn’t coming until 3:00 PM (with checkout officially at 12:00 PM), yet we were generously allowed to stay until our ride arrived. That kind of hospitality really stood out.


The apartment itself is suited for a small family of three to four people. It is functional and the location is convenient, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, yet it’s tucked away just enough to avoid the noise and chaos of the city. The nearest tram stop is about 20 minutes walk, which worked well for us.


A note for future guests: access to the apartment is via a spiral staircase, which might be challenging for some. Thankfully, the staff was kind enough to help us carry our bags up/down the stairs, which we really appreciated.


Overall, a pleasant and smooth stay — made even better by the warm and flexible hosts.

Cons:

One of the AC units consistently tripped the circuit breaker whenever it was turned on, cutting power to the entire apartment. However, we were told all AC units are being replaced.

Superb
Pros:

A great place in the city centre. Very close to Sultanahmet and AyaSophia. There are many restaurants nearby to eat out and supermarkets too. The owners were helpful, especially Sinanbey assisted with all the requests we had. The apartment has all the amenities, air conditioning and kitchen appliances. Very good price to value ration. It is hard to find a good place in Istanbul for such a price. Will come back for sure.
