Pros:

Spacious, very clean, private.

Cons:

The electronic lock. Especially if door opens anti clockwise, for right handers. Your phone needs to be held horizontally in order for it to unlock the door, door frame blocks the phone if right handed.

Cute apartment but loud as hell
Pros:

The apartment is super cute and very comfortable, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve had at a rental.

Cons:

The noise from the restaurant below is maddening, it sounds like they are dragging tables around every couple minutes all through the day and it is extremely loud. They slam doors loudly and smoke in a back hallway that has a door in the closet that is taped up. It was the least peaceful place I’ve ever stayed at.

Pros:

Apt size was good with washing machine and kitchenette. Sound proofing was great, though the prayer calls and church bells still could be heard. But this is Istanbul. If it bothers you, you should probably not visit this place. Cleaning staff is very thorough. It was cleaner than any place I had stayed at before. Thanks Vera, for the room upgrade.

Cons:

The kettle and kitchen sink faucet were not working well for the top floor apt.
The JustIn app requires Bluetooth and mobile to unlock the room door and activate the elevator. For room doors opening anti clockwise, right handers will find it awkward to place phone against the door panel sensor. It only works when phone is held horizontally so it’s almost flat against the sensor. Vertical doesn’t work 9/10 times. Maybe more advice on how to unlock the door should be given to avoid frustration and unnecessary bothering of Vera. She’s very patient though, much appreciated.

Good just need a better water pressure for the shower
Pros:

Good location but be aware of the theft, my phone got stolen but the hostess was super nice. Quickly responded and helped.

Cons:

A bit noisy on the weekends especially at night. Witnessed two protests.

Pros:

Excellent value for money. The apartment is spacious, and well laid out with separate living, kitchen and bedroom areas. The bathroom was a nice surprise - it looks to have been renovated very recently. Communication from the host was good and the location is as good as it gets in my opinion, for striking a balance between visiting the old town (Sultanahmet) and spending time in the areas around Taksim.

Cons:

The digital key can be hit and miss. It normally took me 2-3 attempts to get into the apartment.

A great location and service, but the uncomfortable bed unfortunately affected our overall experienc
Pros:

The hotel staff were very helpful and easy to reach by phone, and their response time was excellent. The room was clean, and the location was absolutely perfect, which made our stay very convenient.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. After a long and tiring day, we were unable to sleep at all, which meant we couldn’t really enjoy the room as much as we would have liked. This was the only downside of an otherwise great stay.

Location was great with views of the area. Funny entrance through restaurant.

Cons:

Entrance through restaurant. Big problems with water- there was very little pressure one day then NONE the next. We had to improvise with showering. Property management followed up but not much they could really do. Never had restored satisfactory water pressure.
