Good hotel, but not a true 4-star.

Pros:

De bedden waren goed.
Het ontbijt was middelmatig
We voelden ons qua ligging in Calcutta of New Delhi... en dit is niet positief bedoeld...

Cons:

Airco werkte tijdens ons verblijf NIET. Komt blijkbaar vaker voor. Andere gasten hadden zelfde probleem.
De oplossingen die de man aan de receptie voorstelde waren zwak en leken een afwimpeling. Wij wachten nog steeds op beloofde ristorno van 25% via Booking.com.
Handdoeken werden na eerste nacht niet ververst en badkamer werd niet gepoetst.
De 2e morgen hadden we geen warm water maar wel een kever of soortgenoot in de badkamer.
Algemene indruk van het hotel: slechte geluidsisolatie en algemeen gebrek aan properheid. Hoe raakten zij aan 4 sterren???

Muy simpáticos la recepción, está cerca del metro, por eso buena localización y el desayuno bueno nos gustó volveríamos para calidad precio

Quarto pequeno, o ar condicionado não funciona, fiz a reserva com o pequeno almoço incluso e me cobraram 12 euros por pessoa pra tomar o pequeno almoço e so avisaram depois que tomei, não recomendo.
