Definitely worth the money

A due passi dal mare
Pros:

Posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia, con la possibilità di trovare nelle vicinanze piccoli market aperti 24/7 e ristoranti dove cenare a base di pesce. Letto molto comodo, camera spaziosa e pulita provvista di aria condizionata, frigo e stendibiancheria (comodo per asciugare costumi e teli mare dopo una giornata in spiaggia). La colazione non è a buffet, ma il piatto che viene preparato è abbondante. La zona durante la notte è silenziosa e permette di dormire anche con le finestre aperte.

Cons:

Manca un ascensore. Il bagno è minuscolo (lavandino compreso) e poco funzionale. Non disponendo di una finestra o di un aspiratore, l'umidità che si crea dopo una doccia si trasferisce nella camera. Durante l'intero soggiorno la regolazione dell'acqua calda/fredda è stata complicata, passando improvvisamente dall'acqua ghiacciata a quella bollente indipendentemente dalla regolazione tramite i rubinetti del lavandino o della doccia.

Отличный и современный мини-отель!
1) удобное расположение - легко добраться на общественном транспорте из аэропорта (трамвай от терминала 1 и пересадка на автобусы) - путь занимает примерно час
2) близость к пляжу - минут 5-7 пешком
3) очень сытные и разнообразные завтраки (фрукты меняются)
4) чистый, огромный и современный номер - очень понравился (две комнаты и застекленный балкон)
5) бесплатный пляжный зонт

Cons:

О двух возможных неудобствах владельцы предупреждают заранее, поэтому они не повлияли на оценку:
1) слышимость - нужно соблюдать тишину: в ванной слышно все, что происходит за стеной в соседнем номере
2) очень маленькая, крошечная ванная с санузлом - имейте это в виду!

Плюс были небольшие перебои с wi-fi

Расположение супер, пляж 6 минут, многочисленные кафе, рестораны, маркеты, остановка за углом. Чистый номер, чистое постельное, чайник, чай, сахар.

Cons:

Про размер ванной писали многие, да, это на самом деле очень-очень маленькая и узкая комната, очень маленький умывальник, нет места что бы поставить щетки и пасту. Но больше всего раздражала падающая крышка унитаза в номере 301, судя по комментариям, с 2023 года эта проблема известна...уважаемые владельцы, замените вы уже наконец это недоразумение, падающее на спину...хотелось просто ее оторвать...замена крышки не стоит всех денег мира. Завтрак очень скромный и одинаковый каждый день. Не хватало какого-либо зеркала в номере...есть только небольшое в ванной комнате. В общем и целом соотношение цена-качество довольно неплохое! Я бы еще раз остановилась в этом отеле, идеальных не бывает!

I have used this hotel before, very good value and very friendly staff. The breakfast is very good. Very near to the beach and there are a number of mini supermarkets very near to the hotel. I would highly recommend any guest requiring a taxi to talk to the reception staff. Their taxis are of a very high quality and most important they actually arrive on time and are reliable. I have been constantly let down by a well known taxi booking service which I will never use again! This hotel is great. They have an arrangement for guests to use 20 Beach which is a short walk from the hotel, very good value food, highly recommended.

Nothing, excellent place to stay.

We had a wonderful vacation.The room was very comfortable , the bed was great, the air conditioning worked well, and it was nice and quiet.A special mention to the young man from the staff who was working on Friday: he was extremely kind, always available to help and answer our questions. He even offered me some chocolate for my birthday, which was a very thoughtful gesture.The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and the bus stop, with just a 20-25minute ride to the old town. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.The neighborhood is safe and quiet, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Очень удобное расположение. Хорошее белье. Ночью тихо. Рядом много кафе где можно позавтракать. До моря идти 3 минуты. У отеля кнопка вызова такси. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь же если понадобиться следующий раз.
