Convenience in a great spot
Pros:

Great location and room was comfortable. Didn’t see any staff as all keyless! Good for a one or two night base.

Cons:

Not a criticism as this is a heritage building, just don’t expect schmick modern facilities or rooms.

Super comfy bed and lots of pillows, room was also very clean. Great towels too!

Cons:

When the shower is used the water does not correctly drain and instead runs outside of the area causing the floor to get wet everywhere, for what is clearly a newly renovated bathroom this was disappointing and needs to be fixed.

Milton - Perfect for one night in a comfy and clean bed
Pros:

We took an apartment (with en suite) and a bedroom that required shared bathroom. Rooms were all clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Towels and bedlinen- hotel standard. Amenities in the en suite top notch.
Very glad we didn't have loud groups or young partiers staying there. (see below).
Location Outstanding. The pub downstairs had incredible food. Milton generally is very food and arts. A great spot to stay for a night or two.

Cons:

Wish there had been parking. The drop off situation isn't ideal- doable but not ideal. The rest isn't a complaint. More an observation. There are stairs only. Remember you are above a pub on a main street. Milton is a quiet town generally but there was a bucks party downstairs and we had sudden visions of them staying in the rooms above and having to share bathroom. This didn't happen but with 4 bedrooms sharing a bathroom - be prepared for strangers in the shared bathroom area.

2nd bed in the same room, when there was a spare room with nothing in it. Would have liked an extra blanket on the main bed.
