Small n loud!!
Pros:

It was above the pub

Cons:

No staff. Keyless entry. And very noisy late at night. Need to insulate the windows against noise

Could have been so much better.
Pros:

Location, historic building, comfortable bed with nice clean linen.

Cons:

There was a very dirty towel left hanging in the bathroom, and leftover food and drink in the fridge.
The bedside lights are too dim and one wasn’t working at all, so there was no way to read apart from using the strong overhead light. I emailed the hosts but didn’t receive a response.

Pros:

Great position and very roomy

Cons:

There were a lot of stairs to climb and a saw an elderly couple struggling with their bags so I think it would be good if this was mentioned in their listing.

Great ,except for no bath towel

The view from the bathroom was lovely.

Cons:

Killer staircase for those of us who aren't so mobile any more. The view from the bedroom was blocked by the bedhead and could only be seen by standing at the edge of the bed. One bedside lamp didn't work. The other gave very little light.

It was convenient and OK
Pros:

Location was convenient, situated in the heart of Milton. Accommodation was rustic, country hotel style room with ensuite. No staff in attendnance during our stay - check-in was by code provided on line. Early check-in was facilitated by on-line communication of code.

Cons:

Room was quite small, consistent with the heritage nature of the facility. Nil human interaction.
