Tolle Übernachtung in historischem Gebäude.
Pros:

Toll am Rande der Altstadt auf dem Berg. Kostenfreies Upgrade für Zimmer mit Balkon. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, guter Restauranttip.

Cons:

Nichts zu kritisieren.

Da evitare per la gestione, non per la struttura
Pros:

La posizione è buona e la struttura èindubbiamente bella.., per quel poco tempo che ho potuto constatare. Le valutazioni che ho rilasciato

sono neutre, in quanto la permanenza è stata estremamente breve (circa 15 minuti).

Cons:

La struttura in sé meriterebbe sicuramente una valutazione positiva, purtroppo l’esperienza è stata completamente compromessa dalla gestione.
Fin dal primo contatto, la proprietaria si è posta in modo poco disponibile e poco professionale, nonostante la nostra piena apertura a risolvere eventuali problemi legati alla prenotazione, anche con un eventuale supplemento.
La situazione è degenerata nel giro di pochi minuti dal nostro arrivo: siamo stati invitati ad andare via in modo aggressivo, con toni urlati e con la minaccia di chiamare la polizia. Un comportamento del tutto ingiustificato e fuori luogo.
È davvero un peccato, perché la struttura ha del potenziale, ma la gestione non è assolutamente all’altezza.

Pros:

The breakfast was filled with many choices and fresh croissants were a bonus. Fewer packaged crisps and breads could be replaced by fresh fruit.

Cons:

Tea and coffee making facilities were not available in the room, the only real drawback. Some of the bathroom fixtures such as the toilet paper dispensor feel like they belong in a public bathroom rather than a historic palazzo hotel.

Talán pohár a szobába jó lenne, de kértünk és örömmel adtak.

"Soggiornare in questo palazzo è stata un'esperienza magica. La struttura è stata restaurata con cura, riuscendo a mantenere intatto il fascino d'epoca senza rinunciare ai comfort moderni.
Insomma un’atmosfera d'altri tempi che ha reso il soggiorno unico. Colazione servita in una cornice splendida. Assolutamente consigliato per chi cerca qualcosa di speciale e diverso dai soliti hotel
Il valore aggiunto è stata l'accoglienza della proprietaria, Ilenia: una persona squisita e premurosa che ci ha fatto sentire immediatamente a casa con il suo calore e la sua disponibilità e per averci fatto sentire ospiti di una dimora nobiliare, più che semplici turisti.
Inoltre, il palazzo si trova in una posizione strategica ideale: è il punto di partenza perfetto per esplorare i borghi e le meraviglie dell'Umbria, permettendo di spostarsi con grande facilità. Pulizia impeccabile e atmosfera magica. Consigliatissimo!"

Una dimora storica con camere sobrie ma eleganti. L'accoglienza come dovrebbe essere in ogni struttura. Ci sono libri antichi da poter consultare e oggetti di antiquariato che impreziosiscono l'ambiente. Cuscini e coperte aggiuntive a disposizione.
