Pros:

The sauna facility was excellent. We spent two whole days there, regular sauna sessions were also available. Try it! There were plenty of options for breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

The room was tight, in an apartment (airbnb, flat) there's much more space.

Sono stato nella struttura già due anni di seguito e mi è piaciuto l'area saune e piscine e le varie sale dell'hotel e il cibo

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che l'ingresso alle saune sia a pagamento per gli ospiti dell'hotel o che ne sia compreso solo 1 ingresso in 4 giorni. Per gli ospiti non dovrebbe essere a pagamento

Osoblje izuzetno ljubazno i susretljivo.Sobe velike i čiste.

Cons:

Večera ,imali smo uplaćen samo doručak a večeru smo plaćali ekstra.Imali su u ponudi tri jela koja su sve tri naše večeri bile hladne.Nažalost bili smo u vrijeme Božića tako da nismo mogli jesti nigdje drugo jer su restorani bili zatvoreni.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We hadn’t realised that the hotel is mainly based around rehabilitation. It wasn’t the spa hotel experience we expected. However, the perfect place to stay after a hip replacement but not a holiday destination.

Un endroit fabuleux. Un lieu calme, convivial, chaleureux. Notre chambre était superbe, la literie un vraie nuage. Les piscines sont très bien entretenues, agréables. Concernant la demi pension, tout simplement un régal. Nous avons adoré les petits déjeuner copieux, les dîners savoureux, l'équipe adorable et souriante. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

Pros:

The location is perfect, with plenty of trails for walking and cycling—and even if you stay just within the hotel grounds, you can swim in thermal pools surrounded by beautiful, towering conifers. Swimming out in nature, right in the middle of the forest, is truly a special experience. The food is excellent, offering a wide variety of choices, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

Cons:

Everything was great, I have no complaints whatsoever.

Pros:

Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. Enjoyed the buffet dinner and the buffet breakfast. Plenty of choice and very tasty.

Cons:

Very dated and in need of a refurbishment. Pls carpets and furniture. Tried to use sauna but told couldn’t as our rooms didn’t have access. No option to upgrade, or mentioned when booking.

Exceptional
Pros:

First of all, we loved the thermal, mineral, indoor pool. I also had a wonderful massage. The food was outstanding and our goal of leaving more refreshed than when we arrived was accomplished. The staff was helpful and friendly. We hope to return one day.

Pros:

The location of the whole hotel complex is awesome, surrounded by nice park and woods. The place is quiet and serene, but offers various types of activities. We enjoyed the indoors and outdoors pools, took nice walks around the property.
The food was tasty, good variety for breakfast, as well as dinner. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, so we enjoyed
our vacation week we spent in Hotel Toplice.

Cons:

Our room was located over the kitchen exhaust, so we kept the windows closed all the time because of the smell and the noise.

Ero già stata in questo albergo così come negli altri 2 della struttura l’hotel per usufruire delle terme è ok; per quanto riguarda il personale del bar dovreste insegnargli a dare i resti dei pagamenti ai clienti, poi sarò io se deciderò di lasciarglieli di mancia comunque il soggiorno è stato piacevole

Pros:

this place, beautiful situated in the countryside, is really very good. the staff is friendly, the hotel and restaurant are clean and comfortable (lets say 4 stars) and the food is outstanding. I always go here 1 or 2 per year and enjoy my stay. the rooms are not overdone but more than enough and the various programs with various treatments are very good. price/quality ratio is excellent.

After working so hard - something completely different
Pros:

I never thought that I would need that kind of vacation: swimming, massage, good food, meditation, walking through the woods.
In Šmarješke spa I found exactly what I was looking for and more: a delicious food, a quiet hotel, a room with a view and the most important: extremely friendly and professional staff.
It suited me to be alone having fun reading and swimming.
There are also those who want company: they can join joint excursions, group exercises in the pool, evenings with dance music ...
I will definitely come back whenever I will need to be disconnected from stressful everyday life.
