Sehr einfach, ruhig, leicht zu finden.

Das Hotel ist einfach zu finden und hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen.

Die Dusche ist etwas ungewöhnlich aber völlig OK.

O quarto em que ficamos foi suficiente para duas noites, confortável, limpo e com ótima localização, perto de todos os meios de transporte. Os atendentes do hotel foram todos muito simpáticos, porém a comunicação com a gerência foi totalmente falha. Enviamos mensagens buscando confirmar se a nossa opção de quarto teria vista para o Bósforo e nunca obtivemos resposta. O resultado foi que nosso quarto não tinha vista e só descobrimos no local, impossibilitando buscar outras alternativas. Enviamos nova mensagem para a gerência e tampouco obtivemos resposta. Outro detalhe importante de ser considerado é que o hotel não possui lobby nem áreas comuns, então não é possível fazer tempo para aguardar o check-in ou por qualquer outro motivo. Isto, porém, não impediu que gentilmente guardassem nossa bagabem por algumas horas após o check-out.

This not even a hotel. I am disappointed Expedia sells these 'rooms'.

This is a 2* hotel at best - the lobby looks like an abandoned shop front. Fittings in the room cheap and some broken like the shower holder.
View is nice but hotel is wildly overpriced.

Nice location great staff. Air conditioning works perfectly.

Wifi was horrible, no breakfast, tiny room, there was no water in the bathroom and toilet. No elevator, location kinda hidden, check in time so late 14 and no early Check in,just left luggage at the very tiny reception,advertised room with a sea view but got room with other apartment view.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Location is nice and room looks clean.

However, the balcony door was broken and wouldn't shut properly which resulted in noises during the night.

We asked for cleaning to which an employee responded that they would clean our room between 1 and 2pm so we made sure to stay outside during that time. Upon returning, we realized that the room had not been cleaned at all. When bringing this up to the employee, they stayed that we needed to "book" an cleaning appointment, which we had already done.

They forgot to leave us fresh new towels and toilet paper TWICE.

After cleaning, the cleaner returned to our room asking for a tip.

We were also left a 1400tl cleaning fee for stained sheets.

The employee in the "lobby" wouldn't communicate in english and were responding with an attitude.

Öğlen 12 gibi kiralık aracımla istanbula ulaştım receptiondaki arkadaşı arayarak acelem olduğunu kiralık aracımı teslim etmem gerektiği durumunu anlattım o da saolsun otele yakın bir yerden gelerek valizi mi aldı (valizi alma teklifi kendisinden gelmesi beni çok mutlu etti) ben yoluma devam ettim odalar temiz mutlaka deniz manzaralı odada kalın tek kişide olsanız çift kişilik odayı tercih edin tek kişikik odalar çok küçük memnun kaldım çalışan arkadaşlara teşekkür ederim :)

Asansör yok ama çalışanlar bavulu odaya taşımaya yardımcı oluyorlar. Onun dışında da her şey iyiydi.

Giriş esnasından çıkış esnasına kadar resepsiyon görevlilerinin göstermiş olduğu ilgi gerçekten sizi özel hissettiriyor.

Çalışan arkadaşlar güler yüzlü. Konum iyi. Odalar küçük. Sıcak su var. Fiyat performans otel. Sorunsuz konakladık. Ekstra bir durum yaşamadık. Otelin girişi kötü sokak vs. Ama genel olarak iyi.
