This is a quintessentially 5* resort that I will always return to! We came for a wedding and were treated to exceptionally warm welcomes, greetings, and hospitality from every single person we interacted with. This property is great for solo, couples, and families alike.

We loved every minute of our stay! The staff were absolutely wonderful, highly professional and friendly. The whole resort was stunning and beautifully kept. Our room was immaculate and stylish. We particularly loved the bathroom!

We loved the breakfast! A huge selection of fresh dishes and a great chef who happily created omelette, eggs benedict etc etc.

We highly recommend this gorgeous resort for your stay in Bharain. A huge thank you to rhe lovely staff.

I visited the Jumeirah Bahrain yesterday arranged by my daughter for 15 ladies
We had a complete package
On arrival drinks coffee. Then spa treatment and use of pool
After which we went on the private beach and then had lunch in the amazing Italian restaurant. The food was some of the managers spa staff pool staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble
We then saw the sun set by the infinitee pool
After this we had a visit to the cinema
The hotel has everything you could possibly need. Excellent

Our recent stay at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain was unfortunately far below expectations. Upon arrival, October 28, several lights in our suite were not working, and the sofa bed was unusable due to exposed springs. The following night, the TV couldn’t be turned off and it kept turning on by itself around 11:30 p.m., lighting up the entire room and preventing us from sleeping. After contacting the front desk, we were asked to move rooms in the middle of the night with two sleeping children, an extremely inconvenient experience made worse by lack of assistance from the staff. We expected that we would leave our stuff in the old suite until next morning, because everything were unpacked, the children were sleeping and we were very tired. Unfortunately we were told we couldn’t, so at 12.30am we had to pack everything and move it all. The front desk were not helpful, not understanding and the service was very poor. With 3 different suites and lack of sleep, we were actually ready to leave, even thought we still had 4 days left. The first couple of days were anything than relaxing.

The next day, we were upgraded to a larger suite, but we still lost a lot of the day waiting for the suite to be prepared and our belongings to be moved, and we had to unpack everything again. Having spent nearly two days dealing with maintenance issues, room changes, and unhelpful service, the 50% discount we got offered for the first night was far from sufficient compensation. Despite assurances from a manager that our case would be reviewed further, when we told the 50 % discount for one single night wasn’t enough, we never received any follow up, neither from Jumeirah One customer service which I email. We go a “we are sorry” answer back, but that is far from good enough.

Besides that, the service was extremely slow, we often had to press the call button at the pool several times before anyone came, and even after ordering, food and drinks took far too long to arrive, even though there were few guests by the pool. Many items were also often “out of stock,” both when we ordered at the pool and with the room service. At the pool no one cleared away empty glasses or plates for hours, so that combined with the slow service, would be appreciated if that would be improved.

To be fair, the housekeeping, lifeguards, and pool staff were kind, and the pool area was pleasant. Those staff really made our stay better.

However, the poor communication and lack of hospitality at the front desk and management made our stay stressful the first couple of days and unfortunately left us very disappointed with this Jumeirah hotel. It gets 3 out of 5 because my children had a great time at the pool and restaurants and the staff these places were great. But the hotel and overall experience gets a 2 out of 5.

This was our sixth stay at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain, and each time we return, it feels even more special than the last. As a family, we genuinely love this property, and we already know we’ll keep coming back for many years to come.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. As a Jumeirah One Gold member, I am always recognised and welcomed warmly—something I truly appreciate, especially because I do not receive the same level of acknowledgement with another hotel chain where I hold an equivalent tier. Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain consistently goes above and beyond.

The staff across the hotel are unbelievably brilliant. From the check-in team, especially Alexandra, to the bell boys, housekeeping, turndown service, pool staff, and kids club team—every single person we interacted with was outstanding. They knew me by name throughout the stay and were always incredibly courteous, friendly, and attentive, ensuring my family’s needs were met without hesitation.

Breakfast each morning was a delight. The restaurant’s ambience is bright and uplifting, with beautiful large windows allowing natural light to flood in. The selection is excellent, catering to all tastes. Again, the service stood out—they immediately brought kids’ plates and cutlery for our toddler, which made mornings smooth and relaxed.

This trip was particularly meaningful as we were celebrating our son’s third birthday. A week before our arrival, the thoughtful staff even called to ask what he liked. I mentioned he’s currently obsessed with Batman, Spider-Man and Superman. When we entered our room on the day of arrival, we were absolutely blown away—balloons everywhere, superhero decorations throughout the room, and even a cake featuring his favourite characters. The amount of care, creativity, and attention to detail that went into preparing the room was simply sensational. It made his birthday incredibly special, and he absolutely loved every moment of it.

We cannot thank the hotel enough for making his birthday so memorable. Thibault de Vries, the hotel manager, should be immensely proud of his team. Their warmth, professionalism, and dedication are the reason this hotel stands out so clearly above others.

We look forward to many more stays at this exceptional property. Thank you once again for yet another unforgettable experience.

The resort is located on a gorgeous beach,a perfect retreat "zen zone". A wonderful atmosphere welcomes you from the beginning entering a generous and spacious lobby with a beautiful view. Same large spaces as entering the room and nice interior design gives warm and comfy feelings. A very quiet and relaxing sensation everywhere in the resort. Tidy and clean inside/outside the hotel ,same for exterior spaces and pools areas ,beach ... walks and alleys . An extraordinary staff greetings you from the reception desk to the restaurants and relaxing areas. Friendly, kind ,considerate,helpfull and well intended people of the resort staff makes you feel at home far from home !

Amazing resort with all facilities you need. Very clean,spacious and comfortable rooms. I would highly recommend to any one that's visiting Bahrain 🇧🇭 😀

I had one of the most memorable and relaxing experiences at this property. The resort is a serene oasis that effortlessly blends tranquility with contemporary elegance. Every corner feels intentionally designed to inspire calm and reflection—from sunlit, minimalist interiors to quiet pathways framed by lush greenery. Time seems to slow down here, offering guests a truly peaceful retreat without ever compromising on sophistication.

I was happy staying in Jumeirah Bahrain, would like to mention special names Ally and Nerick from reception for their professionalism. AlsoYusuf at obab. Im happy and my family is happy.

The hotel is excellent — the staff are very cooperative, the breakfast is incredibly diverse, and all the facilities are spotless and well-maintained. Every stay has been a pleasant experience.

Super luxurious hotel by the beach, many facilities, large and lovely pool area, with super friendly staff. Good food, but located 45 min. drive from the capital. We appreciated the peace and quiet of the hotel. We would love to come again.

Cleanliness at the beach was fabulous , Gym was very well equipped. first time I see this in a hotel . Breakfast was cute , bit loud music ((could be personal opinion) but not bad.
