Wonderful stay in Willemstad
Pros:

The property had a great central location, a friendly and helpful staff, very good amenities in the room and had access to a small private beach.

Cons:

The QR code system to gain access to the rooms could take a while especially if there was glare on the panel.

A stay with fantastic service and thoughtful room perks, but several design and maintenance issues keep it from matching
Pros:

Wynwood Curaçao definitely grew on me. The communication was outstanding both before and during my stay—anything I needed was just a WhatsApp message away. The staff were consistently cheerful and genuinely helpful. I loved having beach access (with a couple of small caveats), and the room had several great touches: a very comfortable bed, excellent AC, bedside sockets, streaming TV, plenty of hangers, a great coffee machine with pods, and complimentary drinks in the fridge. The hotel is located in a street full of dining/drinks options - on Thursday the bar next door has a salsa night

Cons:

The room didn’t match the images online and wasn’t the “garden view” I expected. It was quite dark because of the shuttered windows. The stairs up to the room were genuinely dangerous—steep and awkward—and I needed help with my suitcase. The bathroom was extremely small, to the point where I had to dry off outside of it. The overall finish of the room could use attention, as there were cracks, holes, and rough paintwork. The concrete sink was shallow and made odd gurgling noises. Street noise was noticeable—earplugs were provided—which also made the balcony less usable due to being overlooked. The beach itself was lovely, but it’s a five-minute walk away and feels very exposed; some plants or screens could add welcome privacy.

Für 2-3 Nächte würde ich wieder kommen, jedoch nicht für länger
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt im Pietermaai-Distrikt mit seinen Restaurants und Bars. Downtown ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Busterminal Punda ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und die Busse verkehren recht zuverlässig. Auch Supermarkt, Bäckerei etc befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das van Gogh Café, lecker für Frühstück und Mittagessen, liegt ebenfalls sehr nah.
Das Superior-Zimmer war geräumig, auch das Bad war groß. Internet hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Espresso-Maschine war ein nettes Plus.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist überwiegend von holländischen Studentinnen besetzt, die ihr Auslandssemester hier leisten. Entsprechend unterschiedlich ist die Professionalität von sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bis desinteressiert.
Zimmerreinigung und Maintenance sind echte Minuspunkte. In 10 Tagen wurde nicht ein Mal ordentlich gereinigt, Bettwäschewechsel gab es an Tag 6 nach Reklamation. Der Abfluss am Waschbecken war von Anfang an verstopft. Dies wurde, trotz mehrmaligem Hinweis, nicht behoben. Die Toilettenbürste klebte in der Halterung und war deshalb nicht zu benutzen, auch das wurde nicht geändert. Eine Lampe war defekt.
Der Pool ist ca 2,50x2,50 m klein. Der private Beach im Schwesterhotel Wynwood by the Sea ist schön gestaltet und eignet sich für ein Sonnenbad. Es führen zwar Stufen zum Meer hinunter, das hier jedoch so rauh ist, dass Schwimmen nicht möglich ist. Daher haben viele andere Hotels in der Nachbarschaft und zB auch Mambo Beach vorgelagerte Felsabgrenzungen.

Un merveilleux moment à Willemstad
Pros:

L'excellent accueil. La sécurisation du site.
Le modernisme et la propreté de la chambre et surtout la localisation de l'hôtel.
Le patio et sa petite piscine.

Cons:

Il n'est pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres tout en fermant les persiennes (histoire de laisser passer l'air frais du soir). Sachant qu'il pouvait y avoir du passage (couloir d'accès et patio jouxtant la chambre) et étant au rez-de-chaussée, nous avons donc été contraint d'être dans la pénombre.
Par ailleurs, le lit était trop en hauteur.

Good vibes and a very pleasant stay!
Pros:

In the heart of Pietermaai district, our balcony had the perfect view on Mundo Bizzarro (pub) that had live music 3 days a week! The location is perfect if you want to feel the local party vibe, and is in very good walking distance to further bars and restaurants and Queen Emma Bridge in Willemstad. The staff is super attentive and friendly, we also enjoyed the seamless communication via WhatsApp. The rooms are very cute and stylish! It also comes with cutlery, some dishes (plates, cups etc.) and a fridge so that you can grab some groceries and enjoy breakfast (on your balcony).

Cons:

The street, even though it seems like a non-traffic-zone, does have a lot of traffic, especially in the evening when people like to show off their engines. So expect some traffic related noise.

fijn hotel
Pros:

Het was een hele fijne kamer, er zat geen raam in de kamer maar je kon wel naar buiten waar een algemeen balkon was. . Gratis badlakens om naar het strand te gaan, erg fijn.
Het bed lag goed.
Fijne locatie aan zee, alleen was de zee te wild om te zwemmen.
Het was een mooie wandeling naar de brug en centrum.

Cons:

Alleen rook je de afvoer na het douchen.

A localização é sensacional, é super pertinho para se ir a pé do centrinho e Queen Emma Bridge e na rua do hotel tem vários restaurantes o que deixa o clima bem boêmio e descontraído a noite. É possível estacionar na frente do hotel ou rua lateral é super tranquilo. E o suporte 3 atendimento da recepção também é super cuidadosa e cordial. Eu ameiiii... Ah a Kimmie é maravilhosa e super atenciosa.

Cons:

Não teve nada que não tenha gostado, já fui sabendo que era um hotel de porte menor e mais simples, mas ainda assim me surpreendeu positivamente.

Ubicación privilegiada
Pros:

La ubicación muy privilegiada, cerca de sitios de interés, tiendas y supermercados. El apartamento es cómodo y está bien dotado; si necesitas cosas adicionales como secador de pelo, plancha, almohadas… las puedes solicitar sin costo adicional. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos, en especial Jorinde. Nosotros alquilamos un carro con una empresa que ella nos recomendó y fue una buena experiencia, así pudimos ir a conocer las playas de mambo, Kenepa y Klein que son espectaculares. En la misma calle del hotel hay variedad de restaurantes y bares; pensamos que nos iba a incomodar un poco el ruido, pero no fue así, dormimos muy bien. Para nosotros la ubicación fue lo mejor!. Recomendación de turista: en los supermercados si compran bebidas como agua o cervezas, no escojan las refrigeradas porque cuestan más, escojan las de afuera y las refrigeran en el hotel.

Freundliches Personal mit zentraler Lage
Pros:

Sehr schöne, farbenfrohe und geräumige Unterkunft. Auf der kreativen Terasse befindet sich ein kleiner Pool zur Erfrischung. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man wird mit zwei Willkommensbecher und einer netten Karte empfangen. Super Lage, direkt im Zentrum. Abends kann es durch die Bars etwas laut werden. Oropax gibt es zur Begrüßung. Küche könnte mit mehr Utensilien ausgestattet werden. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jedem empfehlen.

Cons:

Außer mehr Utensilien für die Küche wäre nichts auszusetzen.

Stay Like A Local
Pros:

The location is perfect. 6 min walk to Punda town center, and many restaurants and bars on the same street. The old market is 5 min walk, so you can eat like a local and participate Thursday evening happy hour and musics like a local.

The hotel staff mainly are interns from Holland. Gwyn is very friendly and responsible. The internal door lock was broken in my room. I talked to Gwyn and she called maintenance right away and fixed it in one hour.

Cons:

The room does not have windows. The building materials do not isolate the noise.
