The front desk service was very good.

Cons:

No microwave in the room. Breakfast was a disappointment. No hot foods. Limited things to eat. For the cost of the room I was expecting more.

Not worth the price.
Pros:

Shower was spacious. Room was clean. Crystal at breakfast was a trip. She's a "good egg."

Cons:

The Hampton Inn offers everything the same except bigger rooms, half the price, and a hot breakfast. Plus I asked to put an ice cream cake in the freezer and the dining guy on the phone said he couldn't so my birthday cake melted in the room fridge. Also, the safe didn't work. And we still needed a shuttle to the casino. All in all, pretty disappointing.

Very dried out!! Love ur coffee and juices!!

Fantastic.
Pros:

My friend loved the bed. and pillows. She usually has trouble sleeping. She said it was the best sleep she's had in a long time.

Cons:

No room service. But, we did order through DoorDash.

Comfortable stay, close to casino
Pros:

The location by the casino was good. It was great to have the shuttle.

Cons:

The breakfast was not even close to some that we have had in other hotels. We didn’t eat, ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

Pros:

The location is perfect, the staff is professional and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and clean, but the hotel needs updating.

Cons:

The food services is that of a 2 star chain. The Home2Suite, Hampton Inn, and Holiday Express, are cheaper in price, but the breakfast services are 5 times better. They too offer shuttles.
