Casinos horrible service over shadowed our trip and left us more than disappointed
Pros:

The hotel welcomed us and delivered beyond expectations. Watching races from our window was a nice bonus for our rare getaways.

Cons:

It was my first trip to the casino and the treatment by Casino employees was horrible. I have travelled to many casinos and i can not recommend this one to anyone.
The hotel/inn and race track were exceptional! The casino was lower than any others. It was such a huge disappointment. We are busy and rarely get time away and to have this be our "date night" was horrible.
I would be ashamed of the management team at the casino. I felt targeted and bullied on what should have been a relaxing fun date night. Thanks for ruining our get away!

Close to casino

Cons:

Everything in my room was dirty and disgusting. Chair had food on it. The elevator was broken. There was mold in our bathroom. When we asked for a different room we were denied. When we asked for a refund, we were also denied. We were told that maintenance would be alerted, but we would be gone by the time that maintenance would come by.

Cons:

The desk didn’t have any cash. Couldn’t get change for a $20 bill to buy a soda. I was told to go up the street to Sheetz. I’m disabled and that wasn’t an option
