Отдыхали в этом отеле парой и остались очень довольны.

Главное преимущество расположение. Вокруг потрясающие виды: горы, гольф-площадка, тишина, пение птиц. Очень красивое и спокойное место для отдыха и перезагрузки.
Номер понравился: панорамные окна создают особую атмосферу, а ванная в номере добавляет комфорта и уюта.
Отдыхали по системе полупансион завтрак и ужин по системе «шведский стол». Питание достойное, хороший выбор блюд. Также есть возможность заказать доставку еды в номер.
Отдельно хочется отметить спа-зону всё комфортно и приятно организовано. Особенно понравился массаж.

В целом отдых получился спокойным, красивым и комфортным. Хорошее место для отдыха вдвоём.

Cons:

Из минусов матрас и подушки. Для тех, кто любит более жёсткий вариант, могут показаться слишком мягкими: матрас немного проваливается.

Bien, pero cuidado con lo de adults only
Pros:

El hotel es fantástico, las habitaciones muy grandes y modernas. El personal es muy agradable, la comida de muy buena calidad.

Cons:

El hotel es adult only pero pueden celebrar eventos privados, en nuestro caso nos tocó un bautizo y teníamos a los niños gritando debajo de nuestra ventana a la hora de la siesta. Pedimos cambio y nos lo hicieron enseguida. Si no hubiéramos tenido ese problema le pondría un 10.

Recomendaciones al hotel: La dirección y los propietarios del hotel deberían revisar con atención cómo actúa el persona
Pros:

Me gustó el hotel en sí y las comodidades.

Cons:

Durante casi toda nuestra estancia, la impresión del hotel fue buena. El personal del restaurante, el servicio de limpieza y, en general, el trato diario fueron amables, correctos y profesionales.

Sin embargo, en el último día, el personal de recepción arruinó por completo la impresión final del hotel. Salimos de la habitación a las 13:00 y nos cobraron el late check-out, pero aun así nos llamaron varias veces a la habitación y además vinieron a tocar a la puerta, generando una presión totalmente innecesaria. Si el hotel cobra esta opción, entonces debe ofrecerla correctamente y permitir al huésped salir con tranquilidad, sin acoso ni molestias constantes.

Es una pena, porque unos últimos minutos mal gestionados borraron gran parte de lo positivo de la estancia. Para un hotel de este nivel, este comportamiento es inaceptable y no corresponde al estándar de servicio que debería ofrecer.
