Poor service. Not recommended.
Pros:

We had booked 3 rooms for attending a wedding. One of the rooms did not have hot water. In the evening we did not have power for 3 hours and the power backup failed. When we asked for a partial refund for our discomforts, they just gave some excuses. The room service persons to help with luggage are always missing.
