WiFi password didn't work.
No instructions for tv and difficult to work out how to use.
The room was modern and the bathroom was nice. It was relatively easy to find and felt secure with modern locking systems.
We chose this property as it was advertised as having parking. However on arrival there was no parking and looked to be on street only. Luckily we managed to squeeze into a tiny spot nearby but it would’ve been a big issue if there were no spaces.
No window in the bedroom so the room was very hot but appreciated the desk top fan.
We were advised that check out was 10:30am but got a loud knock at the door (as did other rooms) at 10am. We couldn’t hear what was said but we packed up our stuff quickly and left early just incase.
Not far from a bus stop to get you in the city centre

Rooms were a bit too bare and a couple of the plug sockets didn’t work
The property was clean and as described.
A couple of minor repairs are required but understand that these may be due to wear & tear.

De communicatie was een HELL! Het was erg klein en een automatische lamp in de gang zorgde ervoor dat ik geen nachtrust had. Bij elke beweging ging de lamp midden in de nacht aan. Echt vreselijk.
Nice clean room
We stayed with the edgmontol hotel on 12th July for a sisters weekend. We booked 2 rooms as we had tickets to an all day festival. Reason we booked here was it was the closets place to where we needed access to that had car parking space.
We arrived on site at midday as we had agreed early check in with the hotel, and paid and extra £60 for this. However we had not been sent access codes as per the booking confirmation so we spent an hour trying to get hold of someone to get access codes. Reason we
When we spoke to someone, we were advised that the extra money was only to access one room. Which was fine. As we only wanted to drop off our car and bags.
We arrived and there were 3 cars already parked on the drive so we used the only car parking space available.
We went off to enjoy our day to return after 1am. We enjoyed pizza with our sisters in another room then went to check in to the second room, which we had been texted the code for, at 2:00am. When we entered the room, we were approached by a couple yielding various objects screaming “get out of our room”. We soon realised we weee in someone else’s room despite being given the correct room number and codes. Once we reassured the occupiers of that room we were not breaking in we phoned the number on our booking to find out what happened. When I called I was shouted at and called an “idiot” for how I had parked my car, and also a “dickhead” because another occupier had been blocked in. Apparently someone had called from the office about our parking but I had no missed calls or voicemails from anyone regarding this, so someone had been calling a wrong number- which isn’t my fault. As far as I am concerned you have advertised as having car parking and if you haven’t clearly marked parking bays , how do you expect people to know what is “correct” parking. We just parked on the only space available.
