Be a little more cordial.
Pros:

Location was good. Close to major highways and downtown.

Cons:

Welcome was non existent. A simple hi, how are you today would have been great, We got " checking in"? He looked at me and said "Who are you?" Definitely disrespectful to woman. I have stayed at Hilton in Rome and received more respect. We have travelled all over Europe for years and have not received a more depressing welcome anywhere. Just because we are older does not mean we should be disrespected Also we asked for a Veteran's discount he said he could not give it to us. Thank you for your service Not. We will think twice before staying here again. This was our second time at this particular inn.

Very nice hotel, niceset in Midland I would say. We like the consistency of the Hampston chain and signed up

beautiful new hotel, nice breakfast, clean, quiet

a bit far from town so nowhere charming to walk. Did not have a smart tv

Broke up a long drive before proceeding farther north to family cottage.
Pros:

Hotel was quiet at night. Air conditioner loud but effective enough to turn it off when we went to bed. Front desk staff helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Cons:

Included breakfast --Food was warm at best. No plain unflavoured & unsweetened yogurt. Coffee not great. Jam was a joke. Bed was too high. Pricey.

Wonderful hotel in the small town
Pros:

It’s new, very clean. And quiet. Staff is fantastic. Sitting area at the ground floor has some private areas. It has fridge and microwave. Short is modern and roomy.
