Tolle Lage

The apartment was clean and spacious!
The rooms and beds were comfortable!
The washer and dryer were a plus!
The location was great! Piazza Barberini has restaurants, a pharmacy, and an ok supermarket!!! Surprisingly it’s only a 10 to 25 min walk to most mayor attractions and places of interest. The staff was friendly and helpful! I would stay here in a heartbeat and recommend it. We are a family of four and it was perfect. We will be using Sonder Properties without hesitation in our future travels!

Location, size and clean

Location, size of apartment, check in.... all easy. This was our last stop after 6 weeks travelling with family of 5. 3 teenagers. We needed space, and we got it. This apartment is huge and allowed everyone to have their own space.... the kitchen was large enough that you could actually cook if tou wanted to. Location was great, easy 10 min walk to the Trevi Fountain.

Great location, great size

A due passi da piazza Barberini, zona della ex gloriosa via Veneto, si trova questo attico di una catena alberghiera molto nota. Il terrazzo è simpatico e abbastanza sfizioso, anche se il panorama non è granché. Complessivamente si trova un po' di tutto, dalla macchina del caffè (con cialde a volontà, cosa molto gradita) al frigo, dal tavolo al divano.

Great location - close to the Metro and Piazza Barberini.

While the location of the apartment is great, there are significant issues with the shower in unit 2. The water spills out onto the bathroom floor under the shower door, and can spill further into the unit. A towel had to placed against the shower door to stop the flooding. There is also a lot of mould and peeling on the bathroom celling! Given the price per night this is unacceptable. As this appears to be a long standing issue that has not been fixed, and is known by the hotel management, we didn't get what we paid for, or is advertised.

Me and my sister stayed at a couple of different addresses in Rome and were only able to book one night at this place, but it was truly fantastic - we intend to stay there again next time, and for longer. The apartment is very beautiful, the terrace is amazing, and it was comfy and quiet - we had a great night's sleep after walking loads around the city and going out for drinks and dinner.
I also appreciated the proper recycling facilities in the apartment - hard to find!
Also, love the Davines toiletries, just wow!

Good accommodation and really welcoming staff (Nene - sorry about the spelling)

We were in apartment 4. The apartment was huge, definitely great for a family of four. It was also clean, however there was a lot of water damage in the bathroom ceilings. The washer did not work and even though I was told it would be fixed or I could use the washer in the concierge area, that was not true. They would not let me. So I was never able to do laundry prior to leaving for the next leg of our trip. Also, even though they say you have 24 hour service, if you need towels, you cannot get them. It is in a great location, however I think I'd stay elsewhere to get the service you need and I really wish we would have been compensated for not being able to wash our clothes. That was a big reason why we booked this place.

Property overall was spacious and had all amenities hoewever the water was leaking from the shower and had to have towels on the floor so that the water didn't go into the bedroom, second day we also had ants all over the bathroom floor. There was a strong smell of damp coming from the bathroom as well

We had an amazing time during our stay in Rome! Everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos, which we really appreciated. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. And the location was unbeatable, right in the heart of everything, making it so easy to explore the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was large, well appointed, and very clean. We loved having the extra space to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet, but still in a central location. We particularly liked that the property had a washer AND dryer, as most Italian properties only have a washing machine.
