I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and I do not recommend it at all. The services provided were extremely poor, and we encountered numerous issues:
1. No water – On the 26th-27th, there was no running water, and the same issue occurred again on the last day (5th-6th).
2. No Wi-Fi connection – The internet connection was nearly impossible to access. We were moved three times to different rooms in an attempt to get Wi-Fi, but it was still unavailable. This made it impossible for us to work.
3. Power outage – At one point, we had no electricity in the room.
4. Slow service – We requested an iron multiple times, and it was delivered only after two hours and several reminders.
5. Poor cleanliness – The rooms were dusty, which triggered my dust allergies terribly. The overall cleanliness was substandard.
6. Issues with airport transfer – The driver who picked us up from the airport did not know the exact address of the hotel, claiming that there were two hotels with the same name in the city. We were driven around unnecessarily and initially dropped off at the wrong hotel before being relocated to another one.
Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. The poor service, lack of professionalism from the staff, and inadequate accommodation conditions made our stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and quality service.

As a tourist from the UK, I would not recommend this place at all. I would use the term hotel loosely. It is an old building and requires reburbishing. The lighting is poor in the room. Toilet condition is horrific and door didnt lock. No one comes to clean the room whilst you stay there so we stayed 3 nights. Had to ask for toilet rolls, a bin bag and water refreshments as no one cleans rooms you end up doing it yourself. Communication is poor -not a single member of staff understands english so they pull out their phones and open google translate. Seems there is only one cleaner for the hotel and 2 guys that are at reception. We messaged the hotel 2 months at the point of booking and they agreed late checkout at 14.00. On the day of leaving the staff were being funny even though we had proof of the email response from the hotel we even informed them the day before leaving we would be leaving at 14.00 as agreed. They were asking for payment. I don’t know how hotels.com has allowed this place to be listed its frankly not up to standard and certainly not worth the money paid. Stains on bedsheets. Breakfast was included however breakfast was only bread, eggs and butter. Someone seriously needs to look into the standards of this hotel. Do not stay here
Nice stop off in Belek. Close to the beach and in the middle of clothes markets. Clean place to stay
