Pros:

La propiedad está dividida en dos pero ambos lugares son muy lindos, cada uno con su personalidad, pero ambos con una distinción en su arquitectura, con un ambiente ameno y buen trato. Buscábamos un lugar para desconectarnos y encontramos una joya oculta que en un fin de semana nos permitió renovarnos. Ampliamente recomendable

El hotel increíble pero muy mal servicio.
Pros:

Primero me contactaron para cobrarme aún y cuando puse que se pagaba cuando llegara allá, el servicio estuvo muy mal, demasiado tardado para cocinar platillos sencillos (promedio 1 hr) y para después recoger los platos en la habitación (40 min), tuvimos que buscar en donde comer ya que ahí de plano era imposible.

Very disappointed. I was really looking forward to staying here and although the place was beautiful the service unfortunately dampened our stay. From the rude door man who couldn’t find our reservation, to no one helping us with our luggage, the service just didn’t match the price point. Drinks at the pool were slow and we had to look for someone to take our order. I only saw one other couple staying there the night we stayed; so the lack of attentiveness was unacceptable. Anyway, I would not recommend for the price point unless you are just trying to stay somewhere gated with nice grounds.

Todos son muy amables. El hotel es hermoso, limpio y acogedor, tiene áreas comunes que invitan a disfrutarlo a todas horas, incluso por la noche. La comida del restaurante es exquisita.

Único inconveniente es que en esta ocasión nos tocó alojarnos en la
Nueva sección de habitaciones para ser específica jaguarundi y por el tipo de ventanas y puertas no quedan selladas y entran insectos, nos tocó batallar mucho con los moscos, solicitamos se rociará algún insecticida pero el problema persistió hasta nuestra salida. Es muy incómodo porque si nos picaron y aparte de la molestia el temor por ser un lugar endémico de Dengue.

Excelente estancia, las habitaciones son muy lindas y mucho mejor que en las fotos. La alberca y el exterior muy agusto y la comida deliciosa, todo lo que probamos y tomamos estaba muy rico. La atención de todos es muy amable y servicial
