Great place to stay , will definaly stay there again
Pros:

The manager was lovely , friendly chap , location - close to everything , room was a good size and clean . Breakfast was really good , loads of choices and food was good

good location, good value for money, hospitality and cleanliness culture need some work
Pros:

Location, good breakfast, comfortable, good value for money

Cons:

bathroom smell from inadequate plumbing / ventilation, carpets in hallway with visible wear / dirt (especially leading to each door so you feel like that is coming into the room), owners sitting at a big table at breakfast being served like kings by the employees (and dishes not available to guests).... the rest of the hotel guests serve themselves from the buffet. owners should not be sitting in front of their guests like that, and employees are there to serve guests, not be focused on pampering the owners. Guests are the ones paying the bills and making money for the owners.
