Everyone is professional and the hotel is impeccably clean and fresh. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. This is one of the best hotels I stayed at in Jalandhar

Very professional staff. Hotel is clean and food is great

This was almost the perfect hotel for our stay, just don’t accept a room on the fourth floor, as you won’t get much sleep. The hotel prepares its roof terrace overnight for functions the next day. We were kept awake till 4am at times, and the hotel reception didn’t see that as a problem.

Great stay & hospitality. Property is new & very well kept - the rooms were great as well. Just the location is little uneasy with traffic around.

Everything was perfect, this was my second visit to this place the service provided by staff was really good.

It was a comfortable stay and the staff where friendly

This is a good property in general, certainly has potential to do even better. The decoration and ambience are spot on. The rooms are well furnished and spacious, the maintenance and upkeep might be trending downward…maybe scrubbing the floors at regular intervals will help versus only sweeping/mopping. Also, 2 of 5 towels we received had brown/pink spots, suggesting laundry process might need review. Another thing that was odd was how the toilet paper was touching the trash can that had been placed right under it; we moved the trash can to the opposite side but the cleaning staff returned it to the original place again - may be a training opportunity for housekeeping. When we got our room there were dirty dishes parked outside from the previous guest, but despite 3 staff members walking by, one whom we engaged directly about the dirty dishes, nobody removed them until the next morning - perhaps the staff are more focused on their jobs than on guest experience. Luckily, slippers and personal care items are available upon request. There’s also a good choice of channels on TV. Breakfast buffet was exceptional for the price!

The saving grace for this property is their head Chef, who is doing a remarkable job at lunch and dinner service. We hosted a dinner and the food served was top notch, so if you’re staying here you won’t have to look elsewhere for food. I would stay here again, but sincerely hope for a cleaner room, and some more relaxed, more empowered and smiling staff.

Overall great facility! The staff is excellent and accommodating, allowing us last minute to change the dates of our stay and our room from a double twin to a king. The breakfast had many choices and all were really good. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Hot water was always readily available. The only downside was that weddings were hosted in the evening and music blasted until 1-2 am. We would recommend it.

If we can compare to other hotels it’s very reasonable and accurate price hotel and giving five star facilities
