Ich kann nichts bewerten, da wir vor verschlossenen Türen standen und wie wir erfahren haben war das Hotel schon einige Tage zu!

Nichts. Das Hotel war geschlossen. Nur ein Zettel mit einer Telefonnummer vom Intercity Hotel, das jedoch die Booking Buchung nicht verwalten kann.
Vorher gab es keine Information, dass das Hotel geschlossen ist. Auch nicht von Booking. Es gab sogar noch Emails vom Hotel zum Online Checkin.
Der Betreiber des Hotels ist wohl insolvent. Booking sollte solche Hotels nicht anbieten. Der Service von Booking war nicht hilfreich. ...Sie müssen jetzt 30-45 Min warten ob sich jemand vom Hotel meldet. Erst dann kann kostenlos storniert werden. Die Bestätigungsemail zur Stornierung habe ich dann am nächsten Tag erhalten.

Buchung und Zahlung, obwohl das Hotel geschlossen war. Wir waren gestrandet. Furchtbar!

Absoluter Bertrug. Das Hotel war bei unserer Ankunft geschlossen, beherbergte keine Gäste. Nach Auskunft eines anderen Hotels gegenüber war das schon seit mehreren Tagen der Fall - und damit zum Zeitpunkt unserer Buchung. Wir hatten das Hotel gebucht und bezahlt - und standen vor verschlossener Tür. Das ist eine Frechheit und sehr fragwürdiges Geschäftsgebaren.

Ich stand vor verschlossener Tür. Ein Passant teilte mir mit, dass das Hotel insolvent sei und schon mehrere Personen so wie ich dort gestanden hätten. Ein Schild mit einer Telefonnummer war angebracht unter der Nummer war niemand zu erreichen. Ich musste mir spontan eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Leider kam vorab keine Benachrichtigung von booking oder von Seiten der Hotelkette.

Hannover hat viele Hotels, dieses nutze ich nicht nochmal

Das Hotel war prinzipiell in Ordnung aber unorganisiert

Cons:

Kein Hotelschriftzig am Haus, habe bei Dunkelheit und Regen ewig gesucht. Keine Parkplätze oder Tiefgarage aber ein großer Parkplatz vorm Haus, der jedoch zur Post gehört überwacht wird und 35€ Strafe gekostet hat für kurzes Parken beim Check in. Die wichtigste FRage des Personals hat gefehlt, ACHTUNG stehen sie auf dem Parkplatz.
