Cuando llegamos al lugar de hospedaje estaba en remodelacion parecia que estaba abandonado, tocamos por una puerta que estaba a un costado que estaba cerrada y nunca abrieron y al llamar a el numero de contaco jamas contestaron, tuve que buscar otro hospedaje de emergencia. Nos marcaron mas tarde para confirmacion reservacion pero ya estabamos en otro lugar, PESIMO SERVICIO Y ATENCION.

Contó con los servicios internos indispensables. Agua luz. Internet así como aire acondicionado. La pantalla estaba allí. Pero no la usé. No se si funciona.

Cons:

El precio en la plataforma fue uno y llegando allá pague 500 pesos más por cada habitación por comisión y no cuentan con la casa funcional. Tal parece que están arreglando el restaurante y los demás servicios internos. No se si cuenten con los permisos de hostelería porque en ningún lado vi una placa de certificación. La joven que nos atendió llega de llamada telefónica. La recepción está sola. La comisión dijo que era para arreglar el restaurante

La limpieza, las habitaciones, el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Que no hay estacionamiento, se quedo el carro en la calle y eso no me da seguridad.
La puerta de la habitación tiene un tragaluz y entra MUCHA LUZ del pasillo.

Modern finishes
Pros:

Modern contemporary finishes in build out. Bathroom large and American style. Access to more towels. Good AC. Owner gave me extension cord to create more electric outlets to charge

Cons:

Not quiet in morning. Only one outlet to charge PC and phone . Bed too stiff. Too long to walk to city center. Room not as large as earlier reviewer said.

The service, even during an annual festival was worse than second rate.
Pros:

The tiles were lovely.

Cons:

On arrival, the hotel charged an extra 500 pesos for not paying in advance despite this not being a requirement when the room was booked. In fact, when speaking to the hotel a week prior to the stay, they declined to take a credit card preferring cash on arrival. They blamed the 500 peso surcharge on booking.com! I will NEVER book this hotel again.

Right in the heart of the action, yet removed enough to relax.
Pros:

Victor is a magnificent host and gentleman. The location for Feria San Marcos really is perfect.
