Pros:

Posizione notevole vicino alla basilica di San Francesco e a pochi metri dal parcheggio quindi strategica. Personale di reception gentilissimo, accogliente e a disposizione. La struttura non sembra affatto un due stelle, sia per dotazione sia per ambiente sia per servizio. Stanza spaziosa e ben curata, bagno nuovo e molto bello. Consigliatissimo

In realtà non c’è un minus della struttura in sé se non il fatto che - in un ambiente fatto di centri di accoglienza come Assisi - il costo rispetto alla classe di hotel appare senza dubbio sovrastimasto. Avendo girato Assisi più volte per quella tipologia di prezzo si va in hotel più elevati e con servizi più ampi. Ma nulla che non si possa sostenere. Nonostante questo rimane molto consigliato e ci tornerei io stesso

I cannot believe this hotel is only 2 stars! It deserves a higher rating. We booked this very last minute - maybe 3 hours before we arrived and stayed just one night. We had missed a train and this is was the only hotel in Assisi we could find with check in after 8pm. We caught a bus from the train station and were happy that the hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the bus stop. The lobby was charming, staff were so friendly and welcoming, and our room and bathroom were meticulously clean and had everything we needed. The room decor, while simple, is warm and welcoming and the bed was comfortable. Assisi is on the side of a hill and this hotel is toward the bottom. It's about a 5 minute walk to the Basilica of St. Francis and 15 minute walk to Basilica of St. Clare or the Piazza Del Commune.

Il personale è accogliente e disponibile, l'ingresso è carino e ben curato. In più la posizione è ottima, molto vicina alla Basilica. La camera e il bagno erano puliti e in ordine

Muy bien situado. A pocos metros de San Francisco y del parking Giovanni Paolo II. El personal es muy atento y amable. Buen desayuno. El hotel es pequeño y tiene mucho encanto

Cons:

Se devo trovare qualche piccolo neo. Un po di colazione più assortita c'erano molte torte di diverso gusto, e poi servirebbe un po di tecnologia in più come le porte automatiche, in questo modo non si chiederebbe ogni volta la chiave.

Purtroppo siamo dovuti andare via per le h 5 del mattino ma lo staff, nonostante la nostra richiesta e la colazione già pagata, non si è prodigato per procurarci nemmeno due pacchetti di biscotti confezionati da portare via.
