Pros:

Ho apprezzato moltissimo la gentilezza e la competenza di Daniela alla reception.
La struttura è proprio una “Home & Hotel” per il clima familiare e accogliente.

Pros:

The room was nice. Lorenzo and Claudia were great. The Breakfast was good

Cons:

The last morning the breakfast room was closed at 9:30a instead of 10:00a. The server (it was not Claudia) saw me at the door and total ignored me. The same server spent most of his time smoking outside the door of the breakfast room. The location isn't good, it is very hard to find, even though, it is in the center of town. We requested a taxi for 3:30p and the front desk decided to get the taxi at 2:45p so we sat at the station for 45 minutes. The taxi driver scammed us. He charged us 25 euros for a 3 minute drive. I recommend you change taxi company. Too many steps to climb to get to the main door.

Pros:

Precies zoals omschreven. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en vanuit het hotel konden we zo overal te voet komen.

Cons:

Het enige minpuntje wat we zo kunnen bedenken is dat je de auto amper kwijt kunt om even de spullen eruit te halen. De parkeerplaats is zeker 15 minuten lopen. Voor ons was dit geen probleem maar dit kan wel een nadeel zijn.

Just wonderful. If I visited the area I would definitely book this hotel again.
Pros:

Extremely clean hotel perfectly positioned for food and drinks as well as train, ferry and bus journeys. Staff were friendly and helpful through our entire stay. Breakfast was lovely and kitchen staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing. If I had one tiny gripe it’s that there wasn’t any toast available but I appreciate that’s not an issue for every one.

Lovely place to stay in Santa Margherita
Pros:

Property was lovely and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was included. Staff were so very helpful.

Cons:

I am 66 years old and the lightening up the stairs to the hotel were not working until our final night.

No staff on site after 8 p.m. gave me some concern but luckily everything turned out okay. There were no emergencies.

Jó helyen van, 1 km-en belül a vasútállomás, kikötő, strand. Figyelmes személyzet, elegendő európai reggeli.

Cons:

A szobák nagyon kicsik, szekrény helyett csak egy állvány van fogasokkal, 1 polccal.
