Péssimo atendimento, não passamos da portaria.
Cons:

Fomos mal atendidos. Chegamos super cansados direto de Santa Catarina, estávamos em 3 e reservamos dois quartos, um com cama de casal e um com duas camas de solteiro, porém na reserva ficou 1 pessoa na cama de casal e 2 no quarto de duas camas, era uma questão simples de resolver, mas a atendente insistiu que teríamos que cancelar e fazer outra reserva para trocar os ocupantes do quarto. Zero simpatia, zero interesse em resolver. Cancelamos a reserva e fomos atrás de outro hotel.
