Pros:

Bardzo miły personel. Pani na recepcji nie zadaję zbędnych pytań. Nie trzeba wypełniać ponownie kart meldunkowej po uprzedniej rezerwacji przez internet. Pokój bardzo przystępny. Duże wygodne łóżko zgodnie z życzeniem.
Atutem może być może być również bliskość Starego Miasta - widok z okna hotelowego może nie zachwyca ale w końcu nie przyjeżdża się do hotelu dla widoku z okna

Cons:

W pokoju brakuje lodówki- nie ma jak schłodzić piwa :)
Ponadto ba stoliku była tylko woda niegazowana - brakowało wody z babelkamip
Brakowało tez tak prozaicznej rzeczy jak coś słodkiego na poduszce na przykład pierniczek jak w innych hotelach w Toruniu (taki miły akcent lokalny)
