Cons:

Even it’s mentioned that no prepayment required but they will confirm only after half prepayment. No stay for drivers.

Overall good.
Pros:

It was very quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful. Very near to the city. Caretaker was prompt in his response and very courteous. He helped arrange auto and taxis.

Cons:

Bedsheet was not clean. So had to request the caretaker to change. He readily did.
We also had issue with extra blanket provided by the stay. It was not clean. So requested to change but the caretaker said he had none to spare. So could not be replaced. We had to make do with a somewhat dirty blanket. Can be improved for future customers.

Difference between a hotel and homestay
Pros:

Only the Location.

Cons:

We chose the property for homestay but unfortunately the host were not present/ visible at all. It fell more like a hotel that too a 3rd grade one.
We were given breakfast which was bought from a hotel somewhere. It was cold and tasteless..
Homestay is supposed to be more of a family hosting guests which was missing . The person managing the place was not available as he was managing other 3 properties. He had to be contacted over the phone for any assistance. At night no person was available.
In the room some of the electric points could not be used for charging our mobile.
Please don't call this a homestay, it's a 3rd grade hotel with no facilities at all.

Great location, great food, great staff, great owner, great holiday. What else can I say.. loved ot
Pros:

Food was great. Loved the connecting the staff brough. Suhaib was amazing and the owner was too. Such a pleasure when people take the time to personally help you with small things that made a difference. Thank you again for such a pleasant trip and we will definitely visit again.
