- The E key should be touched both with the center and one number buttons; otherwise, the E key failed to response, which was not indicated by the room guidance.

Pros:

スタッフが常駐してないタイプのホテルですが、メッセージのレスポンスが早く、安心して利用できました。
部屋も、他の口コミで「汚れている」という声があったので少し不安でしたが、実際は普通に綺麗で、快適に過ごせました。

観光やグルメにお金をかけたい方なら、十分すぎるホテルだと思います。提携駐車場はありませんが、札幌駅に近い立地なので、駐車場もすすきの周辺と比べると割安な印象でした。

Cons:

普段から旅行に行くことが多いので、チェックインや入室方法はなんとなく分かりましたが、こういったシステムに慣れていない方だと、チェックインや入室に少し戸惑うかもしれません。

The building and room were modern and clean.

Cons:

The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. We woke up unrested and sore every morning. We also stayed for 7 days and were only supplied with three towels for three people staying. Additionally, the host sent an unreasonable amount of messages. I believe they were trying to be helpful, but it was excessive and annoying.

部屋が広かったうえに、きれいだったので良かった。

Cons:

近隣のパーキングを利用したが、せっかく宿泊料が安い
のに、駐車料金を加算するとトントンだったので、どこか提携の駐車場があればいいなと思った。

北海道大学に隣接する立地であり、入浴時の水圧は極めて強力です。トイレに排泄物の臭気が認められ、入口への駐車は不可です。ベッドには多量の埃が堆積しており、床面には原因不明の粘着性が確認されます。

Excellent location and very quiet and comfortable, good value too.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable, no noise and super-comfortable beds.

Cons:

The check in system instructions were unnecessarily complicated and the electronic check-in system didn’t work when we arrived. As the accomodation was unmanned we had to message the property for help getting in, and wait for them to reply. We managed to get in our room after half an hour and they spoke good English when we ended up phoning them.

宿泊数分レンタカーを事前に手配し、また泊まりたい。
Pros:

価格メリットがかなりあります。電車バスの利用は位置的に効率悪く、レンタカーが便利でした。
また、ビジネスホテルより部屋が広く、荷物広げても余裕がある点。また、ドラム式洗濯機があること。シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープ、歯ブラシもあり、最低限の用意があった点。清潔感がある。問い合わせの対応が早い点。

Cons:

タッチパネルの、不具合でチェックインが出来ず部屋に入るのに時間がかかった。チェックインが難しい。
対応は早く、緊急対応の電話で入ることが出来た。
タオルは一枚のみで交換なし。しかし、価格が安いので問題ない。
音が響きやすいのか、部屋内の音ではない音がして、時に怖かった。
