Worth considering, but far from lake
Pros:

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The owner and wife were very hospitable.
The biggest problem is the location. The owner did communicate that access to the property required a drive up a dirt road and that most people only stay for a few nights.
İf you're looking to unplug and have a car, this may be worth considering. But driving down to the lake is a 30 min trip one way and cannot be done safety after dark.
