Breakfast buffet is good and staff is friendly. Located very central in Palangkaray, so serves as a good base for visiting all sides of the city. While the staff was not extremely fluent in english, they had no problems in expressing themselves and helping us out when needed.
The family room is great for a family of 4, but we didn't regret booking a second room since we're with 5. (kids aged 4-6-8) The hotel booked this second room next to the family room for added comfort.
The swimming area is bit smaller than how it appeared on the pictures. This didn't stop our kids from having fun, especially with the glass "see through" sides of the pool. In the end, the pool is also just an added bonus and not the main reason we came to Palangkaraya.
The air conditioning works well and the hotel is close to the airport. Staff were friendly.
We had to ask for our sheets to be changed upon arrival as they were filthy. The next set were still a bit stained. The room could do with a more thorough clean.
Location & Services
Great location near the airport. The property is modern and clean. There is a great swimming pool to cool off. The rooms are well appointed, nice hot showers, refrigerator, and English channels on TV.
The neon lights on the outside of the building can reflect through the windows.
Every stop in Kalimantan, I would be staying here. Exceptional experience without fail. Front office Indra and Inge are so wonderful and accommodative. Highly recommended 👌
