もう泊まらない
Pros:

特にない。
男性スタッフにフロントでお願いしたら、めんどくさそうな顔された。

Cons:

毎日タオル等交換してくれるが、明らかに分かるほどの絡まった長い女性の毛がクシャクシャになってついていた。それくらいは気づいてほしい。
チェックイン時、トイレの床には明らかに自分の毛より長い毛が何本も落ちていた。そんなトイレに素足で入るのが嫌なのでスリッパ探すも、不織布のスリッパが備え付けでなく別料金を徴収される。
朝食の食堂がなく、ロビーの机椅子を朝は食堂がわりにしているが、明らかに宿泊者の数に対して足りなく、混雑時は座れない。
無理に座ろうとすると、他人と向かい合って座るしかないが、せめて向かい合って食べることになるなら対面の人とは間仕切りで仕切ってほしい。
周辺にホテルがなかったから東横インという名前で選んだが、色々なところにコストカットしている感が否めず、料金に対するサービスが合わない気がする。

清潔で快適！
Pros:

駅から歩いて七分くらい。
シングルルームもゆとりがある。
間違って喫煙室をとってしまったが消臭剤があり匂いがかなり抑えられた。

Cons:

朝食のスペースが大会と重なり満席だった。
お風呂の底が滑り易い。

朝食も美味しくて無料で最高！
Pros:

駐車場の予約をしてませんでしたが（予約方法が分からなかった）キャンセルが出たそうで臨機応変に対応してくださり，駐車場に入れる事ができました！スタッフの皆さんの対応も笑顔で素敵でした！
