Just an average stay. Clean and comfortable room.

Cons:

There was not a coffee pot in the room. There was a sign that said you could request one from the front desk. But there was rarely anyone at the front desk.

The location and breakfast

Cons:

My comforter has a big and very noticeable stain. I was SO excited to stay here as the front desk was so kind, everything looked fresh and clean. UNTIL I did my bed check. It’s very disheartening to see a gross stain on the bed you are supposed to sleep in. I actually went out and bought a new blanket as I felt very uncomfortable even just laying the in the bed not sure how many more possible stains I was missing if something extremely obvious had been missed.

My door didn’t always close all the way when I left. I came home to it open a bit. Also came home from the beach and my key card didn’t work.🫤

Great find for South Haven / Saugatuk
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The AC worked great and the location was ideal. Just 20 minutes to Saugatuk and 5 minutes to downtown South Haven. Breakfast was a good selection.

Cons:

Nothing really. Limited exposure to staff so not easy to rate.
